Writing: Sen. Tim Kain “Deal With the Nation and Margaret Brennan,” September 28, 2025
The following is an interview and Sen text. Tim Tim Kaine, Democrat of Virginia, Based “by Pret 28, 2025.
Margaret Brennan: We now turn to Virginia Democratic Senator Tim Kaine, whom you join this morning from Richmond. Hi to you, Senator.
Sen. Tim Kaine: Hi, Margaret.
Margaret Brennan: Where do you have 140 000 employees working in your province, one of the highest numbers in the nation. How wonderful is you going to see missing masses when we get into the shut when the White House says it is preparing?
Sen. Tim Kaine: Yes, and I think your reporter Robert Costa said they accepted it. We are really worried about it, Margaret. Margaret Brennan: I want to ask you another specific question in Virginia, and that, what happens inside the judicial system. Back in August, there was a US lawyer in the Western Virginia region, Todd Gilbert, who left the floor of the genitals. After this month, US lawyer in the Eastern District of Virginia, Eric Siebert resigned after she failed to bring a case against New York’s Attorney, Leditia James. What happened here in the Virginia Court program? Margaret?
Sen. Tim Kaine: Good in the darn Plain President appointed two American lawyers in Virginia, both of the Republican and fides. Todd Gilbert in the Western District, had been a speaker of the Republic of our guest house. He resigned as a legislature to pick up Trump input. The President Trump’s TRUMPER discussed the vote, allowing voters, and appointed elections, and they made themselves in a temporary basis. But both were forced because they said their integrity as prosecutors would not allow them to allow the Genefibility Donald Trump. And at Todd Gilbert’s case, they wanted to force him to pride for a long-term job of Western Virginia, which served under many treatment and president. Declined to do so. And in the case of Eric Siebert, he refused to bring a criminal case against the political opponent when there is no evidence to support the trial. President Trump spends time following the enemies, trying to get $ 20 million from a friend, the Argentina government, instead of dealing with your choice to deal with them. Food prices go up. Construction items are rising. School things go up. Energy costs increase, health care costs increase, and Donald Trump appears to focus on the return campaign. You should focus, a person, this is an important job. Time to focus.
Margaret Brennan: When it comes to those cases in Virginia, talked to Siebert, talked to Gilbert to understand why they felt they had to abandon them?
Sen. Tim Kaine: I’ve talked to one of them after leaving the rows. These were an individual that I had both known. I knew that Tild Gilbert because of his role of law, and I knew Eric Siebert with her reputation. Also, this was a prosecutor Margaret, where bid management changes to Trump Administration, Trump Administration Doj included its role and emotion, along with our Sovereign. So after being expelled, yes, I was calling I would love you to understand why he was forced, and they shared thoughts with me without anything about Trump Administrations. They would not have heard by Donald Trump, and they would not have submitted unfounded cases, and we should not see that in any region in this nation. It is also sad that President Trump is focused on return than working for his parishes.
Margaret Brennan: Well, that the Eastern district was advanced with this, this deals with the former FBI Director James Cooy. Yes, there were a few pages of pages, no evidence introduced publicly here, but it was enough for 14 of the 23 sitting in the chief chief chief. Can you really say no there?
Sen. Tim Kaine: Well, most, as you know, Margaret, there are 23 people with a beautiful judge. They need at least 12 votes to find the case, and yes, they found their finger on the 14-year-old bar, even though four were not allowing one of the US military. So we will see what the case is about. It is amazing that the case has a few facts, and I found it very strange. I used to practice in the Court, and when the general lawyer produced a media statement after the guilt said, we will follow the facts in the case. Which prosecutors follow the facts before they are circumcised, say anything, and say, let’s see what the facts. I think that this was a weak story, everybody in his office told her that it was a weak condition.
Margaret Brennan: You in your role of armed services. I want to ask you quickly, supporting the construction of the Palestine province, and we saw in the UN this past week, was a statement just when Benjabumin and Tanyahu talked about that meeting, President Trump said:

Margaret Brennan: That is a solid statement. Do you know how the United States should use that? How does Israel return to breaking?
Sen. Tim Kaine: All right, I was so disappointing that the President said that, and you’re right. I support what the United States voted for the UN in 1947 the condition of Israel and the Palestine. One of those promises have been met. One doesn’t have it, and we need to be on the world’s famous Palestinian province, where Hamas plays a role in its conclusion. And we may find that route onward, and we will continue the cycles of the wicked violence on Israel, the bad Palestinians, the district. So I hope that the President, for all the accounts, have stronger relationships with Tanyanahu, doing this, with this proposal similar to the New York with French and Saudis. They are different efforts, but they are trying to reach the same point, the future point of Israel and Palestine, where both of them can live in peace, and they build stability in the region instead of cycles instead of cycles. So I hope that the President relies on that meeting tomorrow. It touched my comments.
