The senate is moving to a test vote tonight to break the filibuster on the new spending plan. This exploratory poll should not be underestimated. If the Senate breaks the filibuster on a test vote tonight, the government shutdown could be days away from ending.
Here’s what to expect:
Sometime between 8 and 10 pm est, the senate will take a test vote to break the filibuster on the revised spending package. The revised bill is open to the Government at least on January 30. To buy legislators time to work with the cost of spending each money. However, the package includes the full cost of spending until the next one falls to the Department of Agriculture, veterans and military construction programs and Congress.
It’s about math. It takes sixty Yeas to break the filibuster Republicans believe they can get the Democrats to at least break the filibuster.
The senate could take an exploratory vote on the new spending bill as early as this afternoon

FOX is said to be looking at the following Democratic seaters: Tim Kaine, D-GOSTER, D-VA. Dn.h. And keep an eye on senate minority swerw dick Durbin, D-Lill., has expressed a desire to open the government.

In addition, it is unclear whether Sen. GAMAN PAUL, R-KY., voted yes. Paul once voted to block the old GOP funding program. Whether or not Paul’s vote will determine how many Democrats are needed to break the filibuster. After all, it’s about math.
Voting to break the filibuster doesn’t mean these rich people end up voting for a lower wage. However, Republicans can carry the burden alone and have a simple majority and won’t need any Democrats in the final role.
What happens if the Senate votes for 60 yeas? With this letter, it would take until next weekend for the final vote on the Bill. But that is probably not possible.
There are two schools of thought:
One school of thought says that Democrats are frustrated and just want out of the Capitol. So it’s possible that they’re entering a time agreement and voting on the final installment of the bill overnight or perhaps during daylight hours on Monday.

The school says Democrats are so crazy over health care cuts that they want the senate to burn significant time in the next few days and pass the bill midweek.
Some Democrats are angry that their colleagues could help the GOP and reopen the government — without an Ironclad deal so they can roll back the expiring Obamacare Subsidies. This chasm will spark a civil war for democracy. House Democrats organized Senate Democrats to help GOP Avoid shutdown in March. This battle will only intensify between those who support the test vote tonight and those who were against Obamacare.

In addition, it is entirely possible that the Democrats will block government spending for 40 days – and their party will throw them under the bus without a solution to the Obamacare problem.
However, Democrats pushing for Obamacare may have lost the battle — but they’re still in the war. They have effectively put Health CareFFAILFION WAY ON THE RADAR and could force Republicans and President Trump to get ready. If they do the Democrats the Democrats can get an important issue before next year.

Some democrats have grown and sprinkled in naming Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Dn.Y. Liberals purged Schmer when they met the gop in the spring. Now some think that Schumer went too low and left at this point. This could have ramifications for leadership elections down the road.

So what has changed for some Democrats?
The pressure for closure began to mount. It was a toxic combination of flight delays (with holidays coming up), traffic controllers out of their jobs, no distribution of snap benefits, capitol police and conmessional assistants working without pay… You name it. Also, some Democrats get the money they need most from the combined appropriations bills in the package. That’s what makes this measure different from the one Democrats have defended since the end of September. Also, a new fiscal deadline of January 30 gives lawmakers a chance to eliminate some spending bills and ask to see more money in those bills. So, it was a combination of factors that changed the equation.
