MBZ-SAT and Etihad-SAT represents a variety of unique but related technology that provides for total land views.
- Named honoring Presidential Beikh Mohamed Bin Zaided al nahyan, Mbz-Sat – presented on January 2025 – Is the Optical Apticical Taily
- Etihad-Sat, launched in March 2025, is the first Center of Radar (SAR) Satellite Center in all the weather and lighting conditions
Collaboration, satellites provide reverse detail, which has a higher determination to support important fields such as disasters, agriculture and infrastructure development.
Hamadi Obaid Al Mansoori, Chairman of MBRSC, said the release of photographic “reflects the leadership and technological vision,” adding that includes the solutions of the Epirati “and emphasizes its position as a pioneer in local professional pioneers.
Salem Muthoid Al Marri, Director-General of MBRSC, said the two satellites have a part of the “combined leaving in reliable satellite supporting the Satellite.”
Weighs 750kg and measuring 3M x 5m, MBZ-SAT was founded by Mirirati engineer, 90 percent of their local buildings.
It deals with one of the highest regional cameras, who can catch pictures with twice as much accuracy of past models.
The satellite includes an electric propulsion unit, tracking system for the accuracy of a meter, as well as the data storage amounts four times as soon as possible than previous generations.
It can bring pictures within two hours of capture – ten development by working properly.
The project also involved partnerships with several UAE-based companies including Strata, Epi, Rockford Xeller, Falcon, Falcon, and Gailes.

Etihad-Sat, was supported by support from the Republic of Korea’s Korea’s Tatric Initiative, using Radar Thinking to capture the highest information without atmosphone or time of the day.
It works in three ways to think – Span, Scan and Strip – to enable clarified, extensive location and monitoring of seafood, detailed disaster, replying to disaster and properly agricult to.
Details collected by Etihad-Sat are processed using artificial intelligence to develop accuracy and speed, to benefit government agencies, researchers, and private companies.
Collaboration with the SATREC program has helped transfers information into the Mirrati groups, strengthening local technology in radar technology.
With the release of the first pictures, MBRSC has intensified its commission to build a satellite fleet fleet compatible with radar.
Joint-Sat-Sat and Etihad-SAT performance shows the increasingly growing UAE as a leader of Space Technology, to provide quality satellite images supporting climate change, food safety and continuous development.
