President Donald Trump’s home is back on the market for $2.3 million following extensive renovations.
The five-bedroom home, located in an affluent Jamaica neighborhood in Queens, New York, was listed by Brown Harris Stevens.
Built in 1940 by Trump’s father, Fred Trump, the home is where the President lived for up to 4 years, according to the Wall Street Journal.
“Down a tree-lined street in the prestigious Jamaica Estates, this luxury residence combines timeless elegance with thoughtful modern updates,” the listing states. “Once the childhood sweetheart of President Mengald Trump, this asset carries a rich historical pedigree, now crafted with modern military expertise.”

The Tudor-style house has gone out of style in recent years, and, in 2019, it was even filled with fictional cats, according to Realtor.com.
That changed in February when real estate developer Tommy Lin bought the home for $835,000. He spent eight months and returned $500,000, now listing the home for $2.3 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.

“There was no water in the house, no power,” he told Walt Street magazine. “It’s not flattering.”
Lin said he bought the home in hopes that the property’s presidential history would attract buyers, the Wall Street Journal reported.
While the interior was completely decorated, the brick and tukco exterior was preserved. Inside, the renovation added smart home features, including smart toilets and a smart door lock and handle. The house is about 2,500 square meters with a base of 1,000 meters and has four levels, according to the street magazine.
The home also has a sunroom and a wood stove believed to be original to the home, the Wall Street Journal reported.
