Trump says South Korea to pay $350B in tariffs, invest $600B in US deals

President Donald Trump said South Korea will pay $350 billion to reduce US tariffs and invest $600 billion in American energy and business. In a social statement on Wednesday, he added that he approved of Seoul’s plan to build nuclear submarines as part of what he called a powerful military alliance.
Trump wrote about the social truth, “South Korea agreed to pay 350 billion US dollars in tariff reductions [sic] they were charged with the United States. In addition, they agreed to buy oil and gas in large quantities, and investments in our country by wealthy South Korean companies and businessmen will exceed 600 million dollars.
“Our military alliance is stronger than ever and, based on that, I have given them permission to build a nuclear power ship with more power than they have now.” Venture capital! “

The President later tweeted that South Korea would build its own powerful Phiclear fleet in Philadelphia.
“Sending a ship to our country soon will have a big return,” Trump wrote. “Stay tuned!!!”

Trump met with South Korean President Lee Jae Mulng in the city of Gyeongju, who is leading an Asia tour aimed at securing new investment deals.
During the meeting, Lee asked Trump to allow South Korea to obtain fuel for nuclear-powered vessels that have been inspected by the convention, a long-standing measure banned under the non-tariff bill.

Trump’s first stop on the trip includes visits to Malaysia and Japan. In Japan, he and Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, the country’s first leader, signed a framework agreement to secure resources for critical minerals and rare earths through mining and operations.
Trump is scheduled to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday as part of his ongoing Asia tour.
