Trump is asking the Supreme Court to allow the deployment of the National Guard to Chicago

The Trump administration has urged the US Supreme Court to allow the deployment of the National Guard to Chicago to protect Federal employees and Pedral Property of Adfection in the area.
Attorney General D. John Sauer, Trump’s Top Cauer, urged the judges to take immediate action after a judge ruled in Illinois last week that security guards sent to Illinois do not live on Federal Property. A federal appeals court declined to set aside the judge’s order.
US District Judge April Perry said she did not find convincing evidence that a “Danger of Rebellion” existed in Illinois amid the wake of the immigration crackdown.

Sauer wrote that the judge’s decision “intrudes on the President’s authority and unnecessarily puts personnel and property at risk.”
The appeal to the nation’s highest court comes amid Trump’s wait for Illinois Gov. Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, who have opposed opposing forces. They called any move unconstitutional and insisted the city is not facing the kind of crime the White House claims.
Eleven protesters were arrested on Friday outside the US Lamiation and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcing a wide area, the area of the west side of Chicago which has been the usual flashpoints of demonstrations in recent weeks.
Trump has already sent security guards to Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Memphis, Tenn., to help reduce violent crime. He said the move caused crime to plummet in those areas.
Earlier this week, the President floated the idea of calling for action to reintroduce crime in Chicago and urged Pritzker to step down from the federal government.

“I could use it if I wanted to. I could use it. I could use it – that’s a very simple answer. I’m allowed to use the act of renewal,” said Trump, after the question was put to him by an air reporter.
The Appropriation Act of 1807 gives the President the authority to send active militia or patrol forces across the country within the country in a few circumstances, such as suppressing public disturbances. It has been held nearly 30 times by 10 Presidents, most recently by George HW Bush in 1992 in Los Angeles, according to the Associated Press.
But on Monday, Trump said he shouldn’t go there “because his administration” won. “

“You know, we’re losing some left-leaning justices, but we’re winning the appeal. So we’ll see what happens,” Trump said.
The conservative-leaning court has handed down repeated victories in emergency appeals since taking office in January, after lower courts ruled against him and often rejected three liberals.
The court allows Trump to ban transgender people from the military, he returns to the billions of dollars that he has admitted to illegal spending, he continues to rage from illegal immigrants and the confirmation Fire of the Senate-Open of Enteral Agency.
