The intense and uncharacteristic disease of the 80s comedy that brutally exposes the price of seeking fame

As a musician, I am proud of my willingness to succumb to the tedium of daily practice. Half the time I watch movies to review this site, I use some kind of finger exercise so I have muscle memory down for my next gig. Philif ward lemmy from 1988 A strong houseHowever, it takes a no-faustian path in his quest to find music and signs his soul to the Devil. His attempt to overcome the difficult part leads him to a difficult rock, difficult habits and hardships, all in his hands as the Devil laughs in his face, waiting for his fall and according to the agreement his own.
I can’t say with confidence that black jack and kyle gass have ever seen A strong housebut it plays like a proto punk rock version of their 2006 Classic Callic, Disgusting. The only difference is that the jokes are more intense and the stakes are higher. Playing straight, but with a sick sense of humor held together, A strong house It’s one of those backstage movies you’ve probably never heard of but you’ll appreciate it if you like power chords, feedback, and maybe just a little more cough syrup for entertainment purposes.
Fame is a dim-witted lady

A strong house Zeroes in Emmy (FIL WEDWE) and his live-in girlfriend, Angel (Lyn Levend), punk Lenks) are punk rock musicians struggling to make a name for themselves. When they and the rest of their band find themselves locked out of their rehearsal space to cut rent, they risk losing the owners’ sessions, who plan to reuse the stock tape and record their music. Like Clockwork, Mr. Tanas (David Marciano), the owner of the simbister bar, approaches Lemmy with a deal he can’t refuse. To look after his soul, he’ll get a record deal and the chance to push his band to the next level.
Like any desperate musician (and trust me, I’ve met plenty), Lemmy accepts Mr. Tanas’ offer, and things start to look good for his band. The Honeymoon phase quickly ends when Lemmy gets lost in the sauce as his ego completely takes over. Even though his success is what he did but the result of dealing with a shady backdoor, he still chooses to remain driven by ego-realow and a way of life surprisingly, developing more cough is useless to do his jobs in any possible way.
Classic mountain punk rock with a twist

Although we have all heard many variations of fighting and making deals with women who are famous and lucky, A strong house It scores critical points in its cinematography. It’s a written work of fiction, but writer and director Richard Casey films like rockament following a punk band. Hellbent’s Story Beats is predictable, but two things make it worth a watch for fans of punk music and spoof comedy.
First, Lemmy Chaos Made. His success goes straight to the head and his downfall is wrapped in dark humor that makes you want to get rid of him while you want to hit him with Phowula. Most importantly, the film’s visuals are clever and recognizable, giving it a junky, almost cartoonish aesthetic that sells the premise.
If you’ve ever been in a punk bathroom after a bunch of free drink tickets flowed in after your gig, you know exactly what I mean. All auras have a life that becomes visceral because of how the colors come off the screen, making it A strong house surprisingly angry about a film released straight to video.
Double Feature Rockers

The best way to watch A strong house It is like a double factor with DETIOD D in the final selection. Both films deal with this same story or take different approaches to storytelling. A strong house It might play things a little straighter than D, but the humor won’t be lost on you if you’re a musician or at least appreciate music that doesn’t fall into the usual biopic pattern.
