In the interview, Matarazzo, who plays Dustin Henderson, is lovely D&D-Laling Goofball often serves as the comedic relief of the hawkins crew, talking about how co-creators and Ross Duffer are preparing for their finale to land on their floor.
“We were able to come in when we were nearing the end of it. We were told right at the beginning of the process. I mean, from the beginning, it wasn’t clear if we were going to have a second or if we were going to have a second [season] So I’ve had some success, which we were very grateful for, and then I think Matt and Ross, our creators, are threatened that they can’t finish – I think they can finish – I think they want to have another place to go. And so they keep it in mind and we know it could be about four or five seasons. “
In season five of Things to note, The time has come. Matarazzo talked about how he sees Dustin, especially in regards to his often humorous moments with Joe, who plays Steve “Sbabyster” Harrington.
“I think [being comic relief] He was always very good in character from the beginning, and I think [bigger] The challenge was to try to bring a lot of creativity there and not just to go with Quippy One-liners, which I appreciate very much, “he said.” They wanted all their characters to feel thoughtful and we had time to do that. We had time; We had several seasons, a lot of time invested in these characters to bring a lot of depth between these five seasons. So I think, yes, that depth comes in the way and it’s really fun to do and I’ve always enjoyed it. Kind of brings a little of this stress to me, [and] I can have a little fun. “
While the actor couldn’t tease too much about what’s in store for season five — we’re doing Hawkins who’s already facing a downfall in the city — he called it an epic finale that says it’ll be worth the wait.
“A lot of fun. It was a lot of fun to do again [the Duffer brothers] he knew going in where it was going to be big and it was expected to be set to make sure that this life was doing that [season] four brought. Four were big, bigger than I think they originally thought it would be [season five]It’s big and old, which I’m happy about. And since it took so long to make, I think it’s refreshing for a lot of people that there’s a lot of show out there. “
Stranger Things Season five drops its first episode on November 26.
