President Donald Trump has placed a high level of blame on Democrats for the shutdown that has resulted in thousands of federal layoffs, billions in frozen infrastructure funding and a drain on domestic economies across the country.
Last Thursday, the senators failed for the 10th time to break the nutrition, leaving the closed government unresolved. Meanwhile, the house has been moved since September 19 and is not expected to reopen until the end of the shutdown.
“It was more than a month ago that this house did our work, and we passed a resolution that is still in progress – a non-final rule, Johnson said.

Johnson accused Democrats of pushing for what he called a “dirty” decision, saying it would add more than a billion dollars to unregulated health care and foreign aid spending.
Johnson also confirmed that President Trump is directly involved in the negotiations on how to leave the government.

“The President and I, and the leader [John] Granted, he sat down with Chuck Schemer … and Hakeem Jeffries … before this all started back in September. And the President himself urged those two leaders, ‘please give votes. Don’t shut down the government,'” Johnson said.
Johnson added that a number of Democrats have crossed paths to support the GOP proposal, but not enough to end the stalemate.
“We have three Democrats … who voted with the Republicans because they don’t want to expose the pain to the American people. But we need five more to go forward and do the right thing. That’s a plus. “There’s nothing we can do on the Republican side other than give directly to that ongoing giveaway.”
