Arida announced the presentation of Masaar 3, including 4000 villas and villages around eight pounds in Sharjah.
The development represents the idea of the Forest Forest community and carries the total sales amount of AED12.5 billion, the company said the statement.
The launch is set in September, following sales-without sale 2 at three hours at the beginning of the year. Masaar 2 became one of the fastest urgent projects, indicating the quest for the Syda Forest.

Masaar 3 will stay at the 21-foot-foot-footstorm and give units from two to five bedrooms.
The construction will start at the beginning of 2026, and the first cities arranged for completion in 2027. The project will be submitted in eight paragraphs.

Development includes a lagoon lake with waterfalls, a gymnasium and cafe. The green spine consists of more than 100,000 trees, running and bicycle, healthy travels and travel routes.
District centers include pools, padels and basketball courts, and childhood gaming. The public sector will accompany food stores, and the Park of Zad’s food truck.
Development includes the Adventure Play and Duck Pond. All households will be empowered by smart and equipment.
“Masaar 3 Create our knowledge of continuous experience, and the intense understanding of residents and investors fit the long amount of time,” Ahmed Alkhhhhushaiii, the Arada CEO added.
The project is located in the Sharjah’s Rowdat District in the region, placed between Masaar 2 and the school district consisting of two operating schools.
The place provides access to Khorfakkan Road and approaching Emirates Road (e611). Sharjah International Airport is 15 minutes away, while Dubai International Airport is 30 minutes in a car.
On September 2024, Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, a member of the High Council and the Susanian Sharjah, looked at the public and reviewed the finished home.
The first two Masaar communities are retaining 5000 Villas and bottles with a combined number of the development of AED16 billion.
Both progress is sold. More than 1,500 homosaned homes are distributed to the first MASAAR Society, with the completion of the end of 2026. The first home 2 homes must be submitted in 2028.
