Sharjah Real Estate: Arada begins Masaar 3 Homeways worth $ 3.5bn

Arida announced the presentation of Masaar 3, including 4000 villas and villages around eight pounds in Sharjah.
The development represents the idea of the Forest Forest community and carries the total sales amount of AED12.5 billion, the company said the statement.
The launch is set in September, following sales-without sale 2 at three hours at the beginning of the year. Masaar 2 became one of the fastest urgent projects, indicating the quest for the Syda Forest.

The project is located in the Sharjah’s Rowdat District in the region, placed between Masaar 2 and the school district consisting of two operating schools.
The place provides access to Khorfakkan Road and approaching Emirates Road (e611). Sharjah International Airport is 15 minutes away, while Dubai International Airport is 30 minutes in a car.
