Saudi Arabia’s new foreign domestic law under SpotScape Global

Held under the theme of ‘the future of urban life’, more than 170,000 participants, more than 450 industry observers and international speakers from all over the world, on November 20 and illuminated the place that was welcomed by the whole world of Saudi Arabia.
The new foreign housing law will allow non-Saudis to buy properties in designated areas from 2026. This policy change is expected to reverse the volatility in global investment.
Five sections of the city

In the Innovation Arena, partner competitions, including the CityScape Ai Prompt-a-Thon challenge and the Roshn Hackathon Finale, will take place.
The Machine Program is a MAMED-ONLY, DO-IT-YOURSELF, FREE POWER CONNECTION PROGRAM IN SAUDI ARABIA IN BUILDINGS AND INFRASTRUCTURE. It will welcome institutional investors from more than 20 countries to develop the established global brand and meet KSA’s key partners, services and investment stakeholders.
Estaad will integrate the entire international ecosystem behind the stadiums, sports, and infrastructure of the mega event, and managed under the reimbursement of Saudi sports.
