Saudi Arabia’s King Abdulaziz International Airport hits record 50m passengers and travelers by 2025
King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah recorded a historic 50 passengers in 2025, the highest annual number achieved by an airport in Saudi Arabia since the introduction of civil aviation in the kingdom.
Milestone places the airport among the country’s mega airlines in terms of passenger volume and shows its rapid transformation into a major regional hub and a national gateway that connects Saudi Arabia with world destinations.

To mark the occasion, Jeddah Airports Corporation is celebrating the arrival of the Airports 50 Million passenger. Executive Board of Jeddah Airport Companies, eng. Johari added that the achievement was a result of the institution’s continuous support and close coordination with the aviation sector.

He noted that the record would not have been possible without the support and guidance of the State, as well as the continuous supervision of the Minister of Transport and Food Services, the General Officer of Matarat held.
