Sardar Biglari Urges Cracker Barrel Shareholders to Vote Against CEO, Board Member

Fox News host Liz Peek argues Cracker Barrel’s logo change was unnecessary for the ‘bottom line.’
Farmer-elect Sardar Biglari intensified his campaign against the leadership of Cracker Barrel, encouraging shareholders to vote against Ceo Julie Fels Masino and Board Gilbert Dávila at the next meeting of the year.
Two major Proxy Advisory Firms, Institutional Share Services (SPROCKER FREE and Glass Lewis, and urged shareholders to vote for those coaches of one or more barrels of Agast Requbland.
ESS and Lewis of ISS advised you to vote for Verávila, a sales and diversification specialist who serves as chairman of the compensation committee. Glass Lewis also recommended voting against Jody Bilney, who holds the seats on the Corporate and Governance Committee.
No strong representative is recommended to remove the CEO.

Cracker Barrel said in an SEC filing Monday that Masino’s departure as CEO would “de-capitalize” the company and put its ability to recover in fiscal year 205.
It also defended Dávila as a “Most Important Member” of the Board who plays an important role in the direction of the company’s strategy.
A spokesperson for Cracker Barrel told FOX News Digital: “The Board, Ms. Masino and the senior leadership team are actively working FISCALLY AND COMMUNICATING TO MAKE THE BOARD AND COMMUNICATION FINALLY FREE.”
The company agreed to the SEC filing before the Nov.
The company said it listened to guests’ feedback and immediately restored the “old-time” logo, limited remodeling, and reaffirmed its commitment to “making a special cracker barrel.”

It accused Biglari of mounting an “expensive and disruptive” proxy campaign to further his agenda, saying he had a long history of “disruptive, failed” campaigns at the company.

Biglari said that the expansion of the company and the restructuring of the “fiasco” has been erased by about $ 1.2 billion in the value of the shares, citing the facts data on the capitalization of the cracker barrer market.
He did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
