A former Russian General who opened for the USA and the UK has been invited to the legislative body of Motorsport’s Governing Body, the Fia.

Kiryanov, a former Russian deputy minister of internal affairs, is on the list of the US, UK and European Union, as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Switzerland.
