Starbuck said the slaying of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk last month made him realize that “someone who is insane would believe this,” prompting him to set the record straight.
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Delaware’s Rough Nothan, accuses Good of negligence and actual wrongdoing of providing false AI statements about Starbuck, including claims made by alleged sexual abuse, rape and torture. Google has pushed back against Starbuck.

“For almost two years, one of the largest companies in the world – Google – has spread lies about Robby Starbuck with its AI products,” the lawsuits said.
“When users submitted queries to Google ai platforms about Mr. Starbuck, they received a false ‘Biography,'” the lawsuit continued. “Google’s lies about Mr. Starbuck are not limited to glitches: When questioned, Gemini admitted that it was deliberately aggressive to damage the reputation of that brother politically, including Mr. Starbuck.”

“Since 2023, Google AI products have produced dirty answers to people asking questions about me,” he continued. “These responses include allegations of specific anti-rape offenses involving the grooming of criminals, five charges involving arrests. Multiple charges, including multiple charges, include sexual assault charges.”

Google also said that the allegations appear to be related to the Gemma model, an open model for developers to build and customize. Google believes it is “totally different” from the Gemini app, which is one of Google’s consumer-facing applications.
Starbuck believes his case could be a landmark case to set a much-needed precedent about what is acceptable on AI platforms.
“There are a lot of ways to make people’s lives easier, but I’m also very realistic, and there’s a lot of risk here,” Starbuck told Fox News Digital.

Earlier this year, Starbucks and Meta settled after the company alleged that its Ayi Chatbot had harmed it. As part of the residency, Starbuck works as a meta consultant, working with its product policy team to strengthen existing efforts to combat the politics of AI models and reduce the risk of “Hallucinations” – ChaltBot – produced by Chatbot.
