The superleague has been down to just two sides, Barcelona and Real Madrid, for over a year now, since juventus kicked out the competition. For all intents and purposes, Barcelona is no longer working to build forward with this project, but has never announced its exit from it.
UEFA, RFEF and La Liga Appeals Rejected

It therefore confirmed that UEFA had ‘seriously breached’ EU competition rules in relation to their actions in dealing with the Superleague.
