Parkin signs 5-year deal with Damac to manage 3,600 parking spaces across Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Parkin, Dubai’s leading provider of paid public parking spaces, has signed a Five Letter Agreement with Damac Agreements to manage approximately 3.6 million parking spaces in the developer’s field in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The partnership marks Parkin’s first entry into the Abu Dhabi Parking Market and is part of the company’s plan to expand its solutions into developer solutions.

The partnership aims to improve traffic flow, improve user convenience and raise smart travel standards in some of the UAE’s highest profile communities.

Parkin meets Damac buildings

According to Parkin, the agreement includes 500 street parking spaces in 5 Damac hills, and about 2,700 spaces in 44 residential areas including Dubai, Difc, Dubai Marina, Business Island in Abu Dhabi.

As part of the transformation, the park will provide a mix of visitor and parking options for long-term and long-term users throughout Damac’s residential, commercial buildings and community malls.

All locations will be fully integrated into the Parkin mobile app, giving users access to a unified platform to manage parking services. The company said digital integration will enhance the customer journey and improve convenience.

Implementation will begin in Q1 2026, with the rollout including full integration of Parkin’s advanced technology with Damac’s existing infrastructure.

This will cover access control systems, automatic Plate Recotion (ANTR) numbers and enforcement solutions designed to improve performance, reliability and operational efficiency across managed sites across managed sites across managed sites.
