Oman unveils $4.2BN ‘Mad’ Muscat Marine, art and digital district in massive coastal rebuild

Oman announced the launch of ‘crazy’, muscat marine, art and digital District – A landmark $4.2bn (or -1BN (or AR1.6BN) Life of the Sultanal Megaproges
The project was developed by Dar Global, a developer of Luxury Real Estate Deal, in collaboration with Art Zone Development.
Spanning over 1.5 million square meters of Oman’s coastline, ‘Mad’ is designed as a one-of-a-kind destination that combines beach nights, luxury hospitality, cultural heritage and emerging financial and digital industries.

Multiple phases of development will be delivered over 12 years, with the prominence of Oman’s Livating Global profile and attracting a new wave of high net worth investors, innovators and technology innovators.
Conceived as a next-generation district, ‘Mad’ will feature luxury residential communities, curated retail concepts, cultural venues, premium hotels, world-class marinas and next-generation parks.
The region aims to offer a seamless and connected maritime experience embedded in Oman’s Maritime Heritage and long-term economic vision.

This development will host private marinas for marions, art exhibitions, digital incubators, a financial center and a world-curated event calendar, muscat’s position as a regional hub for marine adventure, cultural exchange and digital art.
