Ellen Barkin’s Over New York Townhouse is looking for a new owner.
The 71-year-old “Diner” actor is on the market for $23 million, with listing agents Christian Rogers, Matthew Wojnarowic, and Eileen McGill of Howard Hanna Elegran.
According to Robb’s report, Cxolon bought the property in 2006 following her divorce from businessman Ronald O. Pelman. Outlet reports sold it in 2023 for $11 million, after which it renewed.
Originally built in 1841, the townhouse measures 4,500 square feet, has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

In addition, the finished basement of the home includes a laundry room, a game room and a Wellness room.
Outside, the townhouse offers a roof terrace with a bar, an outdoor kitchen with an adjacent dining area and many other outdoor relaxation spaces.

Barkun rose to fame with his breakout role in the movie “Diner”. Her performance earned her fame and led to continued work in films such as “Easy Easy Sea,”
She later won a second Gold Award and an Emmy Award for her role in the 1997 TV movie, “Before Women Had Wings.”

Recently, Barkin starred in the 2023 movie, “Outside Rules,” alongside Nina Dobrev, Adam Devine and Pierce Brosnan.
In the film, he and Brosnan play a married couple. It will also happen that wanted criminals – known as ghost bandits – have been gone for years.
When they restore their daughter’s marriage, they find themselves not only on the run from the destruction of the law, but also another crime they have crossed twice.

Speaking to the “Today” show in July 2023, Barkun said Brosnan was “snapping” on set, adding, “Pierce just got crazier and crazier, and it’s fun” as they were hiding.
