the United States The Patent and Trademark office refused to try to sell the Telepathy brand and the CeleCisisis, to produce alternative applications for the same sales signs.
Neuralk, a brain-based company from Elon Musk, was filed to sell the word sign in March. But with the books sent to Neelink in August, the Court Court office refuses to allow applications to move on. Sleley Berry, a computer scientist and the Founder of Tech Startpark Prophecy, former Telepathy commercial requests on May 2023 and Belry is only a commercial program, not prophetic. (Berry declined to comment on this subject.)
In response to neuralky application, the trademark application also referred to a trademark of existing Telepathy Labs, a Tampa-based company that provides Chatbot vibrant and technology.
Musk’s Neelink, currently, to develop a computer interface involving a head-installed headache that collects the brain function. The company used the Telepathy name to describe its original product, which is designed to allow disabled people to use their own calls and computers with their thoughts. Musk revealed the Telepathy name by January 2024 Social Media post, soon the company was later in the first technical volunteer. Nine people now have the NEABURALK device, according to the announcement of July. (Neuralink did not respond to the comment request.)
Both marry and neuralk “include” use “of use”, allowing businesses with the founders to set the code rights to sell the mark before using the commerce mark. Berry’s Telery’s request was accepted on December 2024 and Telekeseis in August 2025 but trading signs were not fully registered. Berry is three years old to do so from acceptance, if not his use will be taken as a neural application.
Berry never sells or sells the product called Telekathy or the Telekinesis, but in his commercial system describes both “software that describes the EEG to determine the computer dialog or mobile.” EEG, or electroenencephalogram, the data refers to a recording brain electrodes in the skin.
Trademark office books to the neuralk are no last decisions. The neuralk has compiled a letter of August 28 to address the existing Telepathy Labs, saying that the Naauralkink’s Telepathio is not confused about the telepathy labs. Neuralk did not face berry requests in its response.
“The level of chance of confusion, if the buyer is random experienced these two products, do they think they are from the same company?” Heather Antoine, a property partner at Steel Rives in Sacramento.
The Trademark office will process the NEABURARK response and finally determine whether there is a part of confusion. But there is still the fact that Berry is equipped to register Telepathy and Telekineis grades. If Berry is successful in signing up marks, neuralink can have a few options. It can try to buy trademarks from Berry or negotiate a permit agreement, where the Berry will agree to allow the neabural to use marks using marks. These types of agreements are often made when trademarks may be affordable for consumer confusion.
If Berry has been successful in the telepathy registration, neuralin can be edited if the company continues to use it.
Josh Gerben, Trademark’s lawyer and the Founder of Gerben IP in Washington, DC, says it is difficult to know how things will move because there is so much nuences to the Trademark claim. “Certainly now, it is beneficial to the applicant,” he said, referring to Berry. “You can be more than a more than the neuralink side according to the trademarks.”
