South Florida’s newly incorporated “newly integrated” line welcomed Hollywood heavyweight Hearlyweight home, and a celebrity buyer’s agent who closed the deal for $37
“I really try and grind deeply … with my clients. I want to go down so I can spend your time here? Do you play golf? How important are you? The Compass’ Michael Costello told Fox News Digital.
“I tell everyone, you don’t love the house – you have to love the place. You can change your home as much as you want, but you can’t change the place.”

Realtor.com recently called the area “billionaires’ row,” a title previously and often associated with Palm Beach Waterfront Properties on South Ocean Boulevard.
“I first discovered Stone Creek Ranch back in, I think, 2018 [or] In 2019. I had a client who lives on the water on the Gulf River, which is northeast of Delray, and their kids went to school over there, and they’re tired there, and you’re still there, and it’s like this little oasis. There are beautiful lakes and bridges and big, big castles and beautiful homes. “
The 18,206-Foot property – with seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, a Gratiouse, stylish pool, gym, home entertainment area, was originally listed in March for $45 million. Sitting on 2.7 acres, it offers great privacy – something Costello says its customers value a lot.

“What I really try and do is protect my client’s identity and their privacy as much as possible,” Costello said. “When you call listing agents to show properties, the listing owner, it’s their job to really vet buyers so you’re not just getting people who are going to buy… In every five years we get high profile clients, [but] I wouldn’t say it’s normal. “
Listing Agent Senada Adzem of Douglas Elliman, who represented the seller, declined to comment to Fox News Digital about the transaction.
In a press release announcing Wahlberg’s acquisition, Stone Creek Ranch is described as “a place where world-class design meets holistic understanding.” The release added that the recent sales of two art empire exhibitions – “James Bond House” and “Ferrari House” – They highlight the appeal of Etvave. A new listing is expected soon, priced at around $75 million and $100 million, each ready to set the next benchmark for Ultra-Luxury Estates in South Florida.

When it comes to what a buyer like Wahlberg would want in a luxury retreat, CostsEllo says that every client is different but they really like homes with “great dreams” and lots of attention to detail.
“Some people, they want to be seen, you know? They want to be on the water, or they want something with a lot of privacy, or they want a big pool, the bones are normal,” he said. “I would say that the most common ‘must be the high-quality features in these houses – natural stone, marble, French oak floors…

Top tier agents and their clients often exhibit properties that exceed the norm. Costello remembers when he crashed the helicopter of a New York City developer who moved to South Florida just before the pandemic.
“We checked around [Palm Beach] County in a helicopter. Also, we look at large regions, buildings from the air, and we see the size and scale, “he said.” He was able to do it for a long time and used an hour’s travel time between each show. “

The purchase of Wahlberg’s delray beach follows the sale of the Beverly Hills Estate to Paris Hilton, which closed in June for $63.1 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. The man once known as “Marky Mark” now joins the growing list of celebrities and high net worth individuals who have left California for Florida.
After closing the high-profile deal, Costello says he’s looking forward to a “really busy” season and sees other hot spots like Delray Beach and Jupiter attracting more buyers.
