Rabbi Efbi Efbi in Fridge Mirvis, Orthodox Gedaiism head, said the attack was caused by a “non-starving wave” on the streets and online.

The attacker was known for the police
Police pointed to the attacker as Jihad Al-Shamie, a 35-year-old Syria citizen who entered the United Kingdom young and citizens in 2006. Al-Shamie translates in English as “Syria,” and the authorities are not sure that his birth name.
