London police are investigating a report that Andrew asked an officer to dig up “dirt” on Virginia Giffre
London’s Metropolitan Police said it was “actively looking into” a newspaper report that Prince Andrew asked an officer assigned to him as a bodyguard to “dig up toxic waste”. Virginia Giffre in 2011.
The report, in the post on Sunday, said that Andrew gave the guards the date of Giuffere’s birthday and any real newspaper about him before he published the photo of the first meeting of Giuffre.
It is not clear if the police officer complies with the request. Gifre’s family said he had no criminal record.

The revelation of the emails was another blow to the House of Windsor after years of tawry headlines about dodgy breads and dubious business deals.
