Leaked Spider-Man 4 Trailer Reveals Sadie Sink’s Role in New Product Date

If you’ve been living in a cave (perhaps making your own Iron Man suit), you know that Marvel has had a rough week thanks to high-profile leaks. Avengers: Doomsday trailer. Other trailers soon leaked, including one for Spider-Man: A New Day that changes everything fans thought about Sadie Sink’s role in the upcoming Marvel film.
Many fans were convinced Stranger Things The star will play the hero Jean Grey, but details in the leaked trailer seem to confirm fans’ theory that she’ll be playing a secret villain instead.
A Surprised Thief appeared
When it was first announced that Sadie Sink would play the character Spider-Man: A New Daymany thought she would be playing a red-headed character like Jean Grey. Some fans, however, have long speculated that she might be playing a villain similar to the shape-shifting villain, Shathra. In the leaked trailer of Brand new Daythe dialogue from Sink’s character seems to confirm that he will be playing a criminal because he clearly threatens our web title of our neighbors.
“You’re a mess, Spider-Man. Don’t stop me,” she said. Besides, it won’t just be your friends who don’t remember who Peter Parker is.
Who Is This New Bad Guy?
Based on his words and his menacing tone, many thought he was playing a villain. However, who could this new character be? One of the leading theories is that Sadie Sink may be playing Shathra, a shapeshifter from another reality who hunts Spider-heroes across the multiverse.
If Sink is playing Shathra, that might explain why she’ll be making another appearance Avengers: Secret Wars. Not only would he fit into that film’s diverse focus, but he’d likely have several Spider-Man characters to feed off of, including (if you believe the rumors) Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s versions of Spider-Man. Of course, what a big role he might play in it Secret Wars it is something we can only speculate about.
Another reason why some fans think Sadie Sink is playing Shathra is that her multiple roots could explain why she knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man. Remember, no one in the world is meant to know this information, thanks to Doctor Strange’s spell, and in this same leak. Brand new Day trailer, Hulk does not seem to know that Peter Parker is secretly Spidey. The spell clearly works (as evidenced by Peter’s other comments about the spell), so if this new character knows this juicy secret, then they were somehow immune to Strange’s spell or managed to avoid it altogether.
Who Could Be Someone Else?
While Shathra may know that Peter is Spidey due to his various adventures, reliable scooper Daniel Richtman recently posted on X that Shathra’s latest rumor is not directly from Marvel Studios. If so, Sink may be playing a variety of other characters, including Mayday Parker, Peter’s daughter from another future. He may still be playing the most terrifying incarnation of Jean Grey, and there’s even an outside chance of him playing Mephisto, Marvel’s version of Satan and the character who made the world forget Peter Parker was Spider-Man in the comics.
While i Spider-Man: A New Day the trailer may be misleading, Sadie Sink’s often menacing dialogue rubbished old rumors that she would be playing Jean Grey. However, knowing that he plays a villain (or, to split hairs, an antagonist) does not answer the question of who his character is. We won’t know that until Marvel decides to make an official announcement.
Or, you know, it’s rewarding like everything else. Whichever comes first!
