We know that Social Mayor Zohran Mamdani wants to give everything away for free, in fact doubling the NYC budget and raising taxes on successful leaders and businesses allegedly to pay for his successful leadership. We know he will destroy New York housing with a tax freeze. We know you hate the police. And on top of all that, he is an antisemitic worker who hates the state of Israel.
So, it’s a great picture if you happen to live in the city, like I do. However, there is a big difference between his crazy campaign promises and what he can achieve when he governs the city.
Strong natis to crack public safety and police. Mamdani likes social workers, not the police. A big problem. But he also wants Jessica Tisch to stay as a police officer. Under his leadership, crime in New York has dropped dramatically. Both will talk soon. It is possible that being reinstated as the head of the NPPD, miss Tisch will teach the mamdani why the social workers are not there, and why the public complaint review board should not make the decisions of the NOPD. Otherwise, Mamdani will just load it with all his social socilikast herds and will ride roughshod over the police. So, we’ll see how this turns out.
Now, Mamdani’s other promises will almost be able to keep, luckily. You want free buses, but that’s the MTA (Metropolitan Transportation Authority) domain and they’re saying no because they can’t afford it. Because they are already dead.

Then there was Mamdani’s rent, which consumed half of the city’s housing stock. But such decisions are made by the Board of Directors, not the mayor. And the current Mayor, Adams there, wants to put several of his people on that board to stop Mamdani’s re-hiring for many years.

The legislature is far away. But Hochul, one of the worst governors in the country, said he did not want to raise taxes. After all, 14.8% City and Country, which would be 16.8%, is much higher than 0% in Miami or Dallas or Nashville. Those are among the favorite watering holes for New Yorkers fleeing Mamdani.
Now, enter Elise Stefanik – a member of the brilliant, powerful, and well-funded leadership house of the Republic. And even though it’s early, he’s already voting even hochul.

And if the hochul even proposes to raise taxes again to support Mamdani Socialism, you can bet that Miss Stefanik will revive the hochul in the ground, instead of getting another big tax. And without tax, Mamdani can’t do much damage to the money.
So to all the people in New York City who are depressed about Mamdani and preparing to move out of town, hold your horses. There are two great women who can save New York: Jessica Tisch and Elise Stefanik.
