Musicians are pulling their music off Spotify, and users are deleting their accounts in protest of the company’s many controversial decisions.

Critics say Spotify’s algorithm has turned music lovers into “lazy listeners,” and musicians argue that the platform fails to pay them well for their work. You have to use a third-party app like SoundDiiz or TuneMymusic to transfer your playlist from Spotify to Spotify to Amazon Music, but Apple Music, and Deezer, Deezer, Tidal, and YouTube.
Here’s how to transfer your playlists and save songs from Spotify to Apple Music.

Step 1: Navigate to Apps in your settings
Open Settings and scroll down to Apps

Scroll down and click “Music” in your apps

Tap “Stream music from other music services” at the bottom of your screen.

Step 4: Transfer from Spotify
Select “Spotify” when transferring from Spotify. It will direct you to sign in to your account, and may ask you to allow the transfer.

Step 5: Choose what to transfer and add to your library.
The last step! Choose what you would like to transfer – songs, playlists, etc. – and click “Add to library.”

When you’re done, Apple Music may ask you to review other options. For me, a few songs that were multiple albums – yebba’s Boomerangfor example – required revision.
Once you’ve made your selection there, you’re all done!
