General Hospital 2026 Predictions: Steamy Romance, Brutal Kills & Best Revenge Scenes Explode!

General Hospital you see 2025 is over and done with, and 2026 is just beginning, we have predictions for what we would like to see come next year. From Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), from Diabolical Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), and more. We will discuss our top 10 GH predictions for 2026.

General Hospital: Michael Gets Jacinda Pregnant

Our first prediction is that Michael Corinthos gets Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) pregnant. I suspect this will happen because, let’s be honest, Michael gets every woman he’s ever gotten pregnant. That’s just a pattern of behavior. He impregnated the evil Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). That’s how he met his son, Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Viron Weaver). Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) got Amelia Grace Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) pregnant, and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) gave Michael Corinthos her daughter, Daisy, after a one-night stand.

Therefore, it is possible that Jacinda could give Michael baby number four. I think that the young women who have not been pregnant are the ones who have been brutally killed. There was Abby, there was Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin), and there was Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) who was strangled to death by a serial killer. Loving Michael is dangerous, y’all.

Willow Tait and Drew Cain Quartermaine’s Toxic Marriage: Did Willow Tait Finally Dump Him in 2026 on GH?

Our second prediction is that Willow dumps Drew, and is even more depressed. We all know Willow hates Drew. He did not want to marry her. She did it because Willow thought it would help get her children back. As soon as she gets the kids back, I think Willow will throw Drew behind her.

He will destroy their marriage if he can or divorce if he can’t. I think Willow will try to erase that toxic marriage. Of course, Drew will be upset and angry. He may cry like never before when he loses Willow.

Sidwell’s End on General Hospital: Which Port Charles Citizen Will Take Down the Criminal?

Our next prediction is that Sidwell is killed. You can choose who does that because there are many people who want him dead. We have Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) who would like to kill Sidwell. They wanted to do that from day one.

With Sonny under Sidwell’s thumb, he is in a big hurry to get rid of this guy. Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is not in favor of violence, but I think she would be fully relieved if Sidwell were dead. Drew also has issues with Ulrich Sidwell, and Ava Jerome (Maura West) may be furious if she finds out that Sidwell is using her.

There’s WSB’s Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), who doesn’t like Sidwell, his disgruntled researcher Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), who’s been kidnapped and stuck in Wyndemere. Actually, Sidwell needs to go.

Sonny Corinthos and Nina Reeves Reunion: Is a Second Chance for Romance Coming to General Hospital?

Our fourth prediction is that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny get together. I know a lot of fans want to see Nina and Sonny get back together. Neither of them have been in real, legitimate love since they broke up. Nina and Sonny Corinthos still have chemistry and strong feelings for each other.

They’re still friends, and Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) moved on, so she’s not really an obstacle at this point. Of course, Sonny has his own little flirtation with Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), but she plays Sonny and plays him. Legal Sonny doesn’t work. Maybe Nina and Sonny will get married again in 2026.

Brad Cooper and Lucas Jones Reunion on General Hospital: Will ‘Brucas’ Reunite in the New Year?

Our fifth prediction is that Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) also meet. We found Brad in Port Charles, and of course, he still loves Lucas. Also, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) continues to dig deep with his father, Sidwell, and all his dirty mob business. Marco plans to kill Sonny, and I doubt Lucas will be okay with that.

Marco recently said that if Lucas found out what he was doing with his father, he would probably lose Lucas forever. To be honest, Lucas will be a hypocrite if he sticks up for Marco when he finds out about the crimes he’s been up to. Lucas has judged Carly harshly because of Sonn’s criminal behavior and how she has ignored it.

Jack Brennan’s descent into GH: Carly Corinthos Spencer and Valentin Cassadine’s revenge

With number six, we predict that Valentin and Carly will succeed in destroying Brennan. Either he’s going to be sent to prison, which is Carly and Valentin’s first option, or Brennan could end up collateral damage and die.

We heard that Chris McKenna will be out. That leak, however, is not a confirmed spoiler, but it does inform what I think about these predictions. We shared the latest General Hospital leak from a reliable behind-the-scenes source.

Initially, it was said that Brennan would be killed by the end of the year, a leaker revised their statement and said that he would be killed in the next few months. We’ll see if it actually shows up.

But it makes sense because Carly is completely done with Brennan. Valentin hates her and would happily kill her, and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) doesn’t trust Brennan because he fired Vaughn (Bryce Durfee).

Maxie Jones Returns to General Hospital: Choosing Between Spinelli and Nathan

Our seventh prediction is that Maxie returns and is torn between Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Of course, Maxie loves and adores Spinelli, but Nathan was the love of her life. Everyone thought he had been dead for seven years. When Maxie wakes up from her coma and finds Nathan very much alive, I think her whole world will be turned upside down.

We know he loves Spinelli, but come on, Nathan is his man. Then again, I’m not entirely sure it’s 100% Nathan there. He looks like Nathan and is still hot like Nathan, but there are many questions about the gaps in his memory, where he was, and why he was driving the stolen truck.

Is Peter August Controlling Nathan? Dark General Hospital Twist

That leads us to our eighth prediction. The terrifying Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is inside Nathan’s head, controlling him, and still focusing on Maxie. From the minute Nathan West returned, something seemed off about him. Brennan recently reminded Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) that Nathan’s real last name is Faison as in Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

Nathan says he doesn’t remember the past seven years, and even though he wasn’t raised by his father, Faison, he was in that stolen truck. Everything is very bad. I suspect that Peter, or perhaps Faison, may be controlling Nathan’s mind – at least part of the time.

Jason Morgan and Britt Westbourne: Taking Their Relationship Public in 2026

Number nine on our prediction list: I suspect that Jason and Britt’s romance will rekindle and they go public with a full-fledged relationship. Many fans want Jason Morgan and Britt Westbourne to get back together. I would like to see them together again full time.

Jason Morgan is slowly proving himself to Britt Westbourne and showing her that he can trust her. Jason Morgan is breaking down her wall, so I think we can see them in a relationship sometime in 2026. They just had a moment and a kiss on Britt Westbourne’s birthday, which was New Year’s Eve, and I expect more soon.

Carly might be mad because she’s with Jason and can’t stand Britt, but I think we’ll see Carly in her new love. That won’t stop her from getting into Jason’s business, but she needs to set boundaries if she wants to keep Britt.

Carly Corinthos Spencer and Valentin Cassadine: An Impossible GH Romance

That leads to our 10th and final prediction. I think we can see Valentin and Carly getting hot. We’ve heard that James Patrick Stuart will stick around until March, but you never know; they may keep him for a long time. He is a famous character. From the minute Carly and Valentin started planning together, they had this undeniable chemistry. They are happy together. I would love to see Carly and Valentin in a full blown romance, even if it doesn’t last.

Carly is ready for Valentin because she can’t get anything past him. I loved Carly jumping into Valentin with New Year’s Eve champagne, saying “Don’t worry, there’s no polonium in it.” That was a good callback. Even though Valentin will always take care of Anna, it seems that they have moved on from each other. Carly is completely over Brennan and wants to destroy him completely. There’s nothing stopping Carly and Valentin from having fun together before this issue wraps up. And it will make Brennan’s head explode to find out that Carly found Valentin.
