General Hospital 2-Week Spoilers March 30-April 03: Carly Falls for New Romance & Jason Vanishes Without Trace!

General Hospital Spoilers for Week 2 of March 30 – April 03, 2026 find Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) on the loose and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) gone, gone.
General Hospital Spoilers for Monday, March 23rd: Britt Caught in the Line of Fire
So, on Monday, March 23rd, we have Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) caught in the crossfire maybe between Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and someone else, you know, because where we left off on Friday, we go back to Monday Britt telling Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) that Jenz Sidwell is not the only one Rota is worried about. You are obviously talking about Cullum.
Meanwhile, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) kicks out Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) who was in Britt’s room. Nathan found him there and said, “What are you doing in my sister’s room?” And he says he needs to find Britt ASAP, but I’m sure Nathan won’t help with that at all.
GH Spoilers: BLQ Shocks Tracy
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) talks to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) about General Hospital then asked if BLQ had visited the child again. And she tells Tracy that the baby’s name is Phoebe and she will be out of the NICU soon. Tracy tells Brook Lynn that she thinks she’s moving on.
But BLQ says that the child Phoebe is alone and needs someone to take care of her. So, Tracy asks how she plans to do that, and Brook Lynn says by being her adoptive parent. But Tracy thinks that Brook Lynn may be using this child as a way to get over something.
And that could be her problems with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and their marriage and his recent behavior. Sidwell hugs Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) on Monday and tells her she should thank him. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tells Jason not to do this in front of your child.
We know that Dante should bring Jason in with a WSB warrant, not a PCPD warrant. And of course, Jason can see from this that Cullum is trying to separate Britt. And Jason may try to run away from Dante, but he warns him.
General Hospital Spoilers: Carly and Valentin Sondela
Carly tells Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) that she should have kept her head focused on what she was doing, but she didn’t want to spoil the surprise. So, it looks like she made Carly dinner and she and Valentin share a romantic moment over dinner and wine and Carly might pass out.
And on Monday, Lucas opens up to Carly. Now, this just happened to Britt, so it could be about the Wyndemere drama. And I wonder if Lucas is going to tell Carly that she has to cancel the party she co-hosted with Sidwell on Spoon Island.
Tuesday, March 24th: Dante Gives Jason an Ultimatum
On Tuesday, March 24, we have Dante giving an ending to someone. And it might be Jason, who wants to get away from her and get to Britt, who is very scared. If you remember from Friday, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) followed him and saw Britt with Lucas because he was playing.
So, Rocco wanted to know. So, I wonder if Britt and Lucas and Rocco if they all end up in danger. This week, Jason is away from the PCPD in some ways because he arrives at the mill. He looks over the edge and Britt doesn’t seem to be there. And Jason takes action quickly. So, this is probably about doing whatever he has to do to get to Britt.
General Hospital Spoilers: Nathan Shares A Secret With Lulu
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) is sworn to secrecy by Nathan. I wonder if she will shed some light on her past or if Nathan might tell her that she visited Dante and Cullum called while they were there. But he won’t tell anyone otherwise he will get into trouble.
And a horrified Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) sees something horrific on Tuesday. And I think he can see Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) covered in blood in his law office. Cullum passed there on Friday. He had a knife in his back. So, I think he might stab Marco to punish him for stealing those two vials of Britt’s medicine.
GH Spoilers for Wednesday, March 25th: Britt in a Race Against Time
Wednesday, March 25, we have Britt in a race against time. So, either Cullum forces him to fill that cold fusion device or Jason is a dead man, maybe others who have threatened them before, like Rocco. And if you remember, he said there were only a few days to go, but he really didn’t want to finish.
Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) is crushed when things go wrong. This could be about Valentin, it could be about him getting false information from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), or maybe he was supposed to meet Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and it didn’t work out because of whatever happened with Jason.
Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has to break the bad news to someone and it may be to Lucas about Marco’s fate after Cullum’s attack. Now, nurses don’t tell people that a patient has died. That is the doctor’s job. So, it may be sad news, but not fatal news. Also, Lulu gives someone a warning.
Maybe Cullum is staying away from her and her children. And Chase moves in close time between two people. There are many to choose from. DA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), Danny and Charlotte, Lulu and Nathan. That would be great.
Thursday, March 26th on General Hospital: Josslyn Connects the Dots
Thursday, March 26, we have someone who gets some unsolicited advice from Carly. And it could be Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), maybe Valentin. Josslyn connects the dots. And maybe you find out that Carly and Valentin are getting romantically close. He would hate that.
Nathan promises something and it may be to protect Lulu and her children from Cullum at all costs. I don’t think that’s really Nathan, but I don’t think he’s really a bad person either.
Sidwell has a heart-to-heart with Ava Jerome (Maura West), and this may be what happens to Marco, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) turns to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) for help. So, this might be another legal issue, and it might have something to do with Marco’s attack.

GH Spoilers for Friday, March 27th: Lulu Begins to Dig for Information
On Friday, March 27, we have Sonny looking for answers. And Jason may be lost no matter what happens to Marco at Cullum’s hands. Also, Lulu starts digging for information and may be looking into Nathan’s recent past and those years gone by.
It is interesting that we should be getting Nathan’s absence from the screen. He is out of another country to shoot a movie for a while. And I had heard that he has extended his contract no GH, but part of that extension was their willingness to give him time for this movie.
Dante gets a visit from his son, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), and maybe they’ll get some father-son time. That would be great. Michael is wary of something. And it could be Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) after Tracy said Michael was disrespecting her.
Josslyn made someone a promise. And I wonder if Valentin. And this week, Justine shows up on Sonny’s doorstep. Glad to see DA there, and there may be more nookie coming soon.
Week Two on General Hospital: March 30th-April 3rd Spoilers
The week of March 30 to April 3, we have Justine and Sonny struggling to keep things on track. I bet they’ll be back in bed soon. Lulu is about to dig deeper to find answers, but she may be surprised by what she finds, especially if it is Nathan who is digging.
Josslyn plans her next move to protect herself from Cullum and protect Carly from the danger of harboring Valentin, who is an international fugitive. Nathan is determined to protect Lulu and her children no matter what. And we’ll find out more about that kind of weird reaction she has to Cullum when he arrives at Lulu’s door.
And to me, it feels like Nathan knows Cullum better than he should. Sidwell is worried about Marco. Sonny and Ric do some tricks. There will be a flashback to Jason’s disappearance and our source said Cullum took him, which seems likely, but we’ll get confirmation soon.
Britt is worried about what will happen when her job is over, and Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is worried about Britt. Carly and Valentin are getting closer and we may see feelings on both sides. And Lucas is also frustrated by what happened to Marco.
