FTC chairman Andrew Ferguson discusses difficulties due to the cancellation of Gym to ‘Light Line.’
The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Wednesday accused of suitable employees for allegedly doing “very difficult” to customers to cancel their membership.

“What we suspected of our complaint is that the method of cancellation of La Fitness finds that consumers were not easy,” said Fox Business. “You had to send an email in a way, or you should go to the brick gym and mortar.

FTC wants money to restore to the affected consumers and court order to monitor the unfamiliar processes.
