Dubai launches AI Real Estate tools, including rental heat map and digital marketing service

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) concluded its participation in Gitex Global 2025, regaining its position as the leading government organization in the real estate revolution and strengthening the position of the world’s most developed cities.

With a Suite of Global Initiatives and Partnerships, DLD has demonstrated its vision to transform the customer experience into a fully integrated digital model.

The participation showed its commitment to the economic agenda of Dubai D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, while agreeing with Dubai’s vision of building an AI economy.

AI tools and data

DLD showcased a series of digital programs aimed at explaining real estate services.

Chief among these was the launch of the first phase of the digital sales service through Dubai Now – an initiative that allows consumers to complete property transactions through UAE BASS for a fee.

The service improves process efficiency and provides investors with a faster and more secure experience.

DLD also unveiled the Dubai REnta HeRTMap, which uses artificial intelligence and advanced data analysis to provide an indication of the rental rates for each housing unit within a building.

The initiative promotes transparency in the rental market, empowering landlords and tenants to make informed decisions based on accurate, real-time data.

In the same vein, the Ministry launched a real estate platform, an interactive dashboard that displays real-time data in the Emirate, to strengthen trust and credibility within the Dubai real estate market.

Strategic Partnerships

As part of its digital strategy, DLD partnered with Google Cloud to unveil the DLD Investor Ai Assistant, a powerful AI system designed to provide investors with decision support and the opening of new opportunities for growth in the real estate sector.

DLD also announced a partnership with Microsoft to develop an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

This initiative aims to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience by combining artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics technologies.

The Department has also strengthened its cooperation with Dubai Municipality through digital platform projects and platform projects, both of which focus on improving the management of Smart Cities and improving the efficiency of government distribution services.

Cybersecurity and financial innovation

During the event, DLD signed a memorandum of cooperation with Dubai Police to support cyberbertecurity in the construction sector and to be aware of the risk of cybercrime and digital def.

DLD also announced its partnership with Dubai currency to implement the first government fee payment technology.

This project includes the rapid settlement of digital assets (cryptocurrencies) in UAE dirhams (AED) through the Digital Dubai Authority (DDA) and the digital asset platform (Digital Asset License of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE).

In addition, DLD has entered into a strategic partnership with Emirates NBD to develop advanced digital solutions that simplify the employer experience and improve the flexibility of recruitment activities across Dubai.
