Dubai built a 103km of new roads in 8 districts to travel times

The streets of Dubai and Transport (RTA) has completed a series of internal traffic projects on Al Khanyeej 2 (District of tolerance) and Jebel Location area to grow, safety, and capacity.

Overall, the network sets 103 miles.

He added that projects that show RTA commitment to building road infrastructure, lighting, and water residents in accommodation, to get the flow of roads, improve road traffic.

Dubai new roads

Al Khanyaej 2 Development has brought six internal roads, road parks, 178 lighting poles, and a 178 light track, linking the community to Amman Street.

In the Jebel Ala Industrial Area 1, RTA built 27km Development, converted the first traffic congestion of Al Khail and the road, which was added seven new cycles to improve heavy traffic.

Jobs also included 42 km to lighten the road, increasing 3,000 vehicles per hour.

Roads made

  • Al Awers 1: 16.5km of roads, including 7.5km carrying the road linking the Emirates Road to Al Awirs 1. The elimination is expected from Q2 2026
  • Nad Al Heheba 1, 3 and 4:32KM of roads, 15km of pedestrian roads and bicycles, and a land transportation and parking near schools, mosques and parks. Nad alsheba 1 is worth the completion of 2025, and works Nad alsheba 3 and 4 will finish on Q1 2027
  • Al Warqa’a: New and exit and exit from Kushiikh Mohammed Bin Zeyset Road, Advanced Meeting, Road Light, and Parking. The project will work over 350,000 citizens, cut 80 percent of travel periods (from 20 minutes to 3.5 minutes) and reduce the Turma distances to complete the end of 2025
  • Wadi al Amardi: 15km of new roads, 10km wrap, 405 lights for light, and road parking areas. The project will work more than 30,000 citizens, increasing the capacity of the road in 3,000 vehicles per hour, and cut out the distance from one mole to one kilometers. The elimination set up the Q3 2026

Al Tayer said the revival is among the RTA efforts to gain growth, strengthen the globe, and improve the quality of life in the Dubai communities throughout Dubai.
