Diriyah launches 239 premium homes at CityScape Global 2025 as $1.5bn contracts develop $63.2bn saudi megaproproject

Diriyah Company unveiled 239 Premium homes in CityScape Global 2025, marking the first release of its flagship media and a new region.

Manazel Alhadawi’s new buildings are part of the $63.2BN (SR236.96bn) Diriyah MasterPlan, one of the largest urban development projects in the world.

The launch includes Bend-Bedroom Studio apartments, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, and four-bedroom duplex units, with prices starting from SR1.6m ($426,666).

The Diriyah Company said the homes combine traditional Najdi architectural themes with modern design, bringing living spaces that honor Saudi heritage while offering a modern, premium experience.

The buildings are designed to meet the needs of Media and technology workers working in the new region, as well as families looking for high quality housing in Ririyah.

When completed, Dirayah will include more than 18,000 residential units for more than 100,000 residents, inspired by the traditions of building materials born in the original Saudi state.

Cityscape Global 2025 deals

Homes will benefit from advanced infrastructure and Smart City technology This development will occupy two residential areas within the wider region.

Alongside the residential launch, the Diriyah company announced three contract awards valued at $1.5BN (SR5.7BN) for all residential, commercial and infrastructure development projects.

An Arabian contract company has secured two contracts within the Media and Innovation District:

  • The project was searched for in the south of the office, which will bring an office space with the creativity of the world’s communication networks and creative structures
  • Manazel Alhadawi Plots, which supports the region’s growing community of professionals and families

Almaba General Contractors has been awarded the King Khalid Road Main Works contract, a critical infrastructure project designed to improve connectivity and support the integration of Diriyah regions.

Direyah Media and Innovation District

Direyah Media and Innovation Distriction, announced at Mipim in Cannes in March 2025, will serve as a new location for Global Media networks, creative agencies and trainers looking for advanced social innovation and high-quality public services.

The Government’s $63.2BN (SR236.96NN) Urban Development Program continues to grow in scale, with more than $27bn in construction contracts awarded to date.

Once operational, Dirayah will contribute an estimated $18.6bn (SR70BN) every year to Saudi Arabia’s GDP and create more than 180,000 jobs.

The development will include museums, shopping districts, a university, a royal palace, the Diriyah Arena, a variety of food and beverage concepts and nearly 40 lounges.

The district will also host the Royal Golf Club, Wadi Safar, home of Greg’s golf course, and the Royal Equestrian and Polo Club, Wadi Safar.
