Diane Keaton’s former Beverly Hills Home Lists for $25m after the actress dies

Diane Keaton’s former Los Angeles home is on the market.
The 8,434-square-foot Beverly Hills property is listed for $25 million in partnership with listing agents Rayni and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates.
According to Robb’s report, the famous actor bought the home in 2007 for $8.1 million and later sold the property to producer Ryan Murphy after $10 million.
Originally built in the 1920s, the six-bedroom, six-story Spanish townhouse is located on the waterfront in Beverly Hills and includes a library, media room and office.

The home also boasts a gym, wine cellar and two-car garage, as well as many outdoor dining and dining areas, a sports pool, a court, a courtyard with a fountain and a guest house.
Known for his Academy Award-winning performance in “Annie Hall” and in films such as “The First Houses Club,” Keaton died on Oct. 11 in Los Angeles. He was 78 years old.

According to the Death Certificate obtained by FOX News Digital, Primary Bacterial Pneumonia was immediately listed as his cause. It is reported that he had days before his death. The document lists other important circumstances that it offers and says that Keaton was burned on Oct. 14.

“The Keaton family are very grateful for the extraordinary messages of love and support they have received these past few days on behalf of their beloved Diane, who passed away from pneumonia on October 11,” the statement read, per People.
“She loved her animals and was dedicated to supporting the imperfect community, so any donations in memory to a local food bank or animal shelter would be a bonus to her.”

After his death, many Hollywood stars took to social media to honor the Oscar winner, including his former partner, Al Pacino.
The two were placed together “for God” and continued to be involved in a loving relationship for many years. In a final statement, Pacino said, “I am deeply saddened by the passing of Diane Keaton.”
