Convicted men are being promoted in Russia in the Ukrainian business in London
Six men sentenced for their part in Russia – Assona Attack on London Warsehouse providing aid to Ukraine.
A fire at industrial units in Leyton, East London, on 20 March 2024 caused £1.3m in damage.
Ringleader Dylan Earl was employed by the Wagner Group, a mercenary organization operating on behalf of the Russian state and classified as a terrorist organization by the UK government. He was sentenced to 17 years in prison and six years on extended licence.
Before his arrest, he also planned to kidnap a missing Russian rich man.
The Earl, 21, from Leicestershire, pleaded guilty to a national agricultural safety charge, along with Jake Reeves, 24, from Croydon, who was given 12 years in prison and one year on an extended licence.
Reeves helped a group of men complete the mission. The couple are the first to be found guilty of adultery under the National Security Act 2023.
Of the four other men who were sentenced:

Nii Mensah, 23, from Thorton Heath, who denied the attack, was jailed for nine years

Ashton Evans, aged 20, from South Wales, was jailed for nine years for failing to tell police if he knew about the planned kidnapping.

Jakeem Rose, 23, from Croydon, who put up houses, was jailed for eight years and 10 months

GNIUS ASMENA, 21, of No fixed address, who organized a getaway car and was at night, was dismissed for seven years.
All four received a year each on an extended license.
Earl was hired by Wagner’s telegraph operator where he told the manager that he wished to carry out a series of “tours”, in which Leyton would be present.
He then brings other men to attack the abuser.
The last Ukrainian-owned store was directed to send goods to Ukraine, including starlink storage facilities, and it took eight fire engines with 60 firefighters to get the blaze under control.
Earl was due to earn £9,000 for his role but was paid less because he did the show early without signing it.
On Friday, Judge Mr Justice Cheema-Grabb described the case as a ‘terrorist and judicial campaign’ aimed at the Russian state.
After the attack on the Warehouse, Earl Put the team’s materials on the attack on the restaurant and the wine shop in Mayfair and the kidnapping of the owner, the rich Russian Evgedy Chichrkunin.
But before he could, he was arrested at B&Q Car Park in Leicestershire, with footage of the warehouse fire being found on his phone.
Commander Dominic Murphy, the head of the counter’s Counter Burrowing Policing, told the BBC the Earl “is someone who works completely as an agent of the foreign state to sow chaos again.
He added that Russia “presents a great threat to our national security” and it was not unusual now to see that Russia is communicating with people online and then using it to carry out criminal activity on their behalf.
Security Minister Dan Jarvis said the sentences send a clear message that the UK will not tolerate hostile activity by foreign nationals.
“For those who work in foreign countries, as the head of Mi5 said, you are wasted and you will not get your reward, just like these people get,” he warned.
