Cleaning Lady Shot was killed after arriving at the wrong address in Indiana

A cleaning lady was shot and killed by a Nimiana homeowner when she arrived at the wrong address for a cleaning appointment, according to officials.
Maria Florinda Rios Perez, 32, was found dead in her husband’s arms on the front deck of their home in Whitestown, Indiana, after the couple accidentally turned themselves in at the wrong address for cleaning Wednesday.
Whitetesttown police responded to the home for a home invasion before concluding that “the facts gathered do not support that a home invasion occurred.”
“It was later determined that the people trying to enter the home were members of the cleaning crew who had mistakenly arrived at the wrong address,” police said on Facebook.

“Loss of life is always a great tragedy, and our hearts and prayers go out to all those affected,” the department added.
Police have submitted the case to the Bone County Proucsutor’s office to review whether criminal charges will be brought against the homeowner. The way of death has been dominated by murder.
“We extend our deepest condolences and prayers to his family and loved ones at this difficult time,” police wrote Friday.
Police have not released the identity of the homeowner who shot the woman, saying this is “a complex, delicate, and emerging matter, and it would be dangerous and dangerous to reveal those details.”

According to reports, the woman was a mother of four children and was originally from Guatemala.
“Maria was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a caring sister, and a cherished daughter,” her obituary read. “He was known for his good spirit, his kindness to others, and the love he poured into his family every day.”
The woman’s husband, Muricio Velásquez, said he wanted justice for his wife.
Velásquez told WTTV that the bullet was fired from the front door of the home.

“They should call the police first instead of shooting outside such a place,” he said.
“Seeing my wife in my arms, they have never healed, I was covered in blood, I felt like they were tearing everything from me,” Velásquez told Telemundo.
Boone County prosecutor Kent Eastwood told the Indianapolis Star that the case is complicated by language in the federal statute.
