Cara Delevingne is ready to part ways with her New York City home.
The 33-year-old model has put her historic Gramercy Park home on the market for $9.9 million with listing agent Stefani Berkin of RUVE.
It first listed the home for $11 million in October but later chose to drop the price, and, according to the New York Post, it is now thought that he will sell the home at a loss.
“We’ve made active, systematic adjustments to align assets with where the market is right now,” Berkin told the Post. “We are already seeing renewed interest and expect more activity moving forward … This is a trophy property – one that the lucky buyer will be privileged to call home.”
Sevingne put his Gramercy Park home on the market for $9.9 million. .

According to the outlet, Pensengne bought a home from Comedian and Toweting Talk Show Host Jimmy Fallon in 2022 for $10.8 million.

In an interview with Nikki Glasher for interview magazine in November 2024, Dengevingne shared that she lived briefly with Taylor Swift when she was going through a difficult time in her life.
“I was really scared, and he let me stay with him,” he shared. “We are very different people. He is very homely, because he took good care of me, but we got into some trouble, but I definitely took him for a while.”
