Beyond the Gates Monday, March 2nd: Anita’s Chemo Struggles and Hayley’s Anniversary Crashers
On Monday, March 2, Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) helps Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) through a difficult time. He gets another chemo session and looks upset but Ashley is there to help him. Anita is in chemo and tells Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) that she doesn’t know if she will win her battle or if she can handle this.
By the way, Anita is wearing something blue during chemo and those are cooling caps that are connected to the mini A/C system and they cool the head which can help with hair loss from chemo. So, Ashley may have suggested it, we’ll see.
Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) receives a proposal from Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad). Is it about moving in with her while Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) is in hiding?
Hayley and Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) are celebrating their first anniversary but have a few accidents that get in the way. Hayley and Bill are at the Fairmont Cross Country Club for dinner and look annoyed when they find company they don’t want.
