Alpago Design & Build has unveiled its latest luxury beachfront villa, Curve DiLusso, in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
The launch underscores the Group’s continued focus on delivering high-quality residential projects defined by craftsmanship, design excellence and architectural excellence.
Located on Frond C of the Palm Jumeirah, the beachfront property is valued at AED95m ($25.9m), reinforcing Alpago Group’s growing influence in Dubai’s luxury residential market.
The villa was designed by interior specialists Alpago Design & Build and is defined by a stunning three-level marble wall made of hundreds of hand-crafted pieces.

The interior features refined porcelain tiles, oak chevron parquet flooring, sculpted stone elements and textured accents, creating a cohesive palette designed to evoke warmth, calm and understated sophistication.
Syed Azeem Mehroz, Group CEO and CFO at Alpago Group, said: “Curve DiLusso embodies the Group’s philosophy of luxury with a purpose, where perfection is the norm and translates into special projects.
It covers 7,496 sq. ft (696 sq. m) of built-up space on three levels, the building includes a master bedroom suite on the second floor, two master bedrooms, two guest rooms, a private cinema, a state-of-the-art gym, and an open-plan living and dining area designed to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.
A spiral staircase connects all levels, while floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light and uninterrupted oceanfront views.
The design language incorporates fluidity, expressed through curved lines and a sense of continuous movement. The bathrooms feature distinctive marble in tones of green, blue and grey, with many features carved into solid marble blocks to highlight depth, texture and natural character.

Additional amenities include a private elevator, a fully equipped kitchen, a private maid’s room and a private private cinema.
The outdoor areas include a landscaped terrace and an infinity pool, which creates an oasis overlooking the Palm Jumeirah skyline.
Architecturally, the silhouette of the villa was designed by the Italian design house Pininfarina. The interior is furnished with pieces from leading international brands including:

Bespoke cabinetry, storage solutions, showroom kitchen and lounge designed by Molteni & Dada and complemented by Miele appliances.
Decorative lighting from Henge, Vibia, Bomma, Foscarini and Leucos was used to create a layered, atmospheric living space.
