Adio, Primavera’s partnership to attract high-growth companies to Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (adio), which is responsible for accelerating the growth of the UAE and Emirate Countl, is working with Primavera Capital to improve the flow of capital, deepening the cooperation of international companies in Abu Dhabi.

Founded in 2010, Primaveera funds have a strong track record in private equity, venture capital, debt and strategic investments. It manages capital on behalf of global institutions and sovereign wealth funds and focuses on delivering long-term value creation through growth-driven companies at various stages of growth.

The Asia Pacific-based investment firm has invested in high-growth companies and leading companies in the consumer, digital technology, carbon emissions, healthcare, financial services, and other sectors.

Primavera’s Association with Adio, announced in Abu Dhabi Financial Week, represents the desire to renew investment methods between Asia, the world and the Middle East.

Adio, Primavera Forger Investment Partnership

The partnership will see Primavera and its ecosystem establish and expand their presence in Abu Dhabi, incorporating the Emirate’s major markets, industry clusters and international connections to accelerate their global investment activities.

Primavera’s Ecosystem of portfolio companies, startups and new partners will be supported to enter and scale within Abu Dhabi. These include highly developed technology, health care, fitness and lifestyle platforms that align with Emirate’s differentiation strategy.

Both organizations will work together to build a deeper relationship between Primavera and Abu Dhabi investors, expanding financial product offerings such as private equity, virtual capital, investment platforms, investment platforms targeting both domestic and international markets.

The partnership will leverage Primavera’s strong presence in Asia and global markets to enhance Abu Dhabi’s position as an international gateway for investment and cross-border connectivity.

The agreement furthers Adio’s commitment to fostering high-impact partnerships that strengthen the Fintech finance, insurance, Digital and Experiential Investment (Fida) Cluster, a global partnership focused on building financial infrastructure, global cooperation and regulatory connectivity.
