The explosion and fire shook the cleaning area in El Sekundu on Thursday night, causing large flames to see in miles.
The city of El Sevpo said there was a fire in the chevron cleanliness but that no public allegations or deviations in 10:10 pm wavered.
The videos taken when it happened to the explosion of 9:30 PM showing a large fireball explosion in the river in the middle of an extended roar. But at the next hour, the burning burned and the sky was very clean while the bright flame kept burning near the southern part of Chevron.

Julian Reee, 13, said he and her father felt a big burst and running out, seeing the flames fill the sky.
At Aviation Park, just a few miles from the Chevron Plants, Mark Rogers played in the Adult Soccer League when the obvious explosion occurred.
“I thought we were attacked or something,” said Roger, 34. The referee finished canceled their soccer minutes after the beginning of the heavy smoke.
The traffic was suffering from the scene while the roads were installed from Vista Del Mar Roway Pacific Coast Highway and Pacific Coast Highway from Rosecrans Avenue in El Seghundo Boulevard.
