Beyond the Gates: Naomi’s Secret Struggle: Will She Hide Her BRCA Genetic Results?

Our first prediction: Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne agrees to the BRCA gene but keeps lying to her family and husband. Tuesday’s Beyond the Gates spoilers have Bill Hamilton and Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings) celebrating, but it’s not fair. Naomi tries to celebrate that Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla) is BRCA free, so she plans a family party.

On Wednesday, Naomi hides something from her family according to an official Beyond the Gates spoiler. Last week, we saw Chelsea get her test result and it was negative for the gene, while Dani Dupree is positive for the BRCA gene.

Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) was trying to get Naomi to give him her password to the hospital’s health portal to see her genetic test, but she refused to let Jacob take a look. When he pressed, Naomi said she wanted to take some time before watching, explaining that she was still preparing and not ready yet.

But his mother, Dani, did not agree to that. She asked Naomi to check her results right away. He did and told everyone he was fine. Jacob and Dani were relieved. But to me, it seems very clear that Naomi was troubled by what she saw on the portal. He did not show the test results to anyone and did not allow anyone to log in. I suspect you are hoping for the BRCA gene. It makes sense that they would have someone else for the soapiest result.

Jacob was talking to Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) the other day about his issues with Naomi when they disagreed about having children. If Naomi is positive for the BRCA gene, I saw Jacob trying to talk Naomi into freezing her eggs. That could cause a lot of problems because he has already made it clear that he does not want children. However, it is a practical thing that people with BRCA genetics often do.

Cotillion Chaos Outside the Gates: Is Jessica Planning to Disappoint the Duprees?

Our second prediction involves Jessica and Tyrell’s cotillion stunt that may be set to go badly. Wednesday spoiler for Beyond the Gates they had Tyrell’s new stance on family culture taking Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning) and Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) by surprise.

We’ve seen Jessica, Tyrell’s crush, speak highly of Cotillion, and she’s clearly been influenced by it. He repeated himself and said the things he said in front of Dr. Nicole Dupree Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix), Martin, Smitty, and her sister Samantha Richardson (Najah Jackson), who is studying to be a freshman this season.

Nicole explained to Tyrell the history of the Cotillion and the proud tradition in their community. Samantha is happy about it, and later Tyrell goes around to Jessica, who immediately says that she will participate in the Cotillion if Tyrell will be her escort.

I suspect Jessica is up to something. This may be some form of frolicking, protesting, pranking, or rioting to show his disdain for culture. I think the surprise from Martin and Smitty is about Tyrell saying he’s going to take part and be there when Jessica starts playing as his escort.

I don’t think Tyrell would have intentionally participated in the stunt after how passionately his grandmother Nicole spoke about Cotillion and defended it. He certainly seemed to shake Tyrell. But Jessica? I don’t think you will be persuaded. I think he is on to something.

Of course, Martin and Smitty don’t realize the level of influence Jessica has over Tyrell. If he does something to embarrass the Duprees as Samantha starts to show up, it could get weird.

Joey’s Revenge on BTG: A Dangerous Plan to Take Down Leslie and Protect Vanessa McBride

Our third prediction: Joey Armstrong plays dirty to take down Leslie. Tuesday Beyond the Gates the robbers make Joey lock up Leslie and put her in her place. He thinks he and Joey are going to get close, and he continues to flirt while insulting Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli).

Leslie wants her name all over the clinic, but Joey won’t put up with Leslie’s BS. Thursday’s spoilers have Joey giving Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik) the wisdom he needs. Meanwhile, Vanessa has someone else’s attention—Leslie might be sneaking up on her and saying nice things about her and Joey.

On Friday, Jacob goes undercover. He is a man on a mission. I wonder if Joey has had enough of Leslie and his insults about Vanessa and his disrespect for the woman he loves. Joey can do this clinical work without Leslie.

He just stopped by to see Bill to talk about some special terms and conditions he wants in the contract to set up the free clinic. I can already see Leslie’s best Joey, but on the flip side, she’s pretty cunning.

Also, the Duprees still want to see Leslie prosecuted for trying to kill Laura Peterson (Destiny Love) twice. Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy) was supposed to be looking after her, but instead, he’s looking naked in her bed.

I wonder when Joey gives Elon the information when he gets the passage out of Leslie’s sketch and how that relates to what Jacob is going to cover up. I think Joey could mess with Leslie if he really wanted to.

Office Romance and Rivalry: Shanice Johnson and Ted Heat Up as Leslie Fumes

Our fourth prediction: Shanice argues with Leslie about Dr. Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson). Thursday spoiler for Beyond the Gates had two couples take the next step in their relationship. Last week, Shanice and Ted were tearing their clothes off in his office, and he hit the brakes because he didn’t want them to be on his couch at work for the first time.

This week we got Ted taking Shanice out for a proper date and a fancy dinner. It all sounds very romantic. I think we might get a verbal spat between Leslie and Shanice, but I’ll be rooting for a good old fashioned soap opera.

Caught in the Action: Bill and Dani’s Consensus Leads to a Dangerous Bribery

Our fifth and final prediction: Tomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegria) catches Bill kissing Dani. Thursday’s spoilers have Hayley feeling pushed into a corner. Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) was also unhappy when he caught Bill in Dani’s room and hugged him. As Tomas receives a bribe from Bill to keep quiet, it seems that Tomas may see something about Bill and his ex, Dani.
