Days of Our Lives Early Spoilers for December 22-26: Johnny Goes Full – Sophia’s Insidious Plot Unfolds As The DiMeras Get an Amazing Rescue!

Days of Our Lives spoilers for December 22-26, 2025 suggest Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is scared, Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) is rich again, and the DiMeras survived.

As usual on the day of the early edition, we start with what’s coming up this week, and then we’ll talk about what’s coming next week.

Days of Our Lives Early Spoilers: Brady Comforts Rachel

So on Wednesday, December 17, we have Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) getting comfort from Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Tate Black (Leo Howard). It felt bad to be in the middle The Bayview. Also, Rachel may learn about the kidnapping of her mother Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).

Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) questions Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), and it may be why Brady is staying at the Kiriakis mansion when he’s not allowed and if Sarah has started seeing her niece. Brady tells Xander that yes, he is staying in the Kiriakis mansion because Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), his cool coach, invited him. Xander will be criticizing Brady after seeing him kiss Sarah. The kiss isn’t this week, but it’s coming soon.

Kristen Flips to EJ

Kristen becomes brutal with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) as he wakes up from his crypt nap and accuses him of kidnapping and tries to beat him up. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) has to come between them, and he and EJ have to calm Kristen down, but she might be off her rocker because she has a fever. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is worried about the family and Belle Black (Martha Madison) is there to comfort her. The loss of EJ is troubling. Not so much because they care that he’s missing, but because it means Johnny is in serious danger.

DOOL Spoilers: Kidnapping Chaos and Shocking Return Unfold in Salem

Thursday, December 18th, Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain) has some disturbing news for Thomas DiMera (Christopher Cary). So, it looks like grandma Jennifer might tell the kid that her dad Chad has been kidnapped. I wonder if that will change Thomas’ complicated feelings about his father. Maybe you’ll find dating with Chad.

Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) is there for Abe Carver (James Reynolds), and is upset about Theo’s disappearance. Abe may blame Paulina because she didn’t want Theo around the DiMeras, and Paulina encouraged Theo to take the job. Theo and Chad wonder if they will make it out of the crypt alive.

And they discuss the life and death stories played out there. The bones may be talking about their death because there is an unknown person. Kristen is sick. It looks like Theo will be sick too because two of them, and one more family member, are in the hospital next week.

Peter Blake Recast Days of Our Lives

Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) are interviewing Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) about the letters, and I’m sure they’re going to blame it all on Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan). Elsewhere, bad boy Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) bonds with Jeremy. So, he may be filling in as tutor with Leo as Abe is distracted.

Alternatively, maybe Jeremy and Leo are just dating and shy because they are both seen as bad boys. On Friday, December 19, the long-lost Peter Blake, Kristen’s older brother, is the next of Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) children to be kidnapped and thrown into the mausoleum. This is Dan Gauthier’s debut as Peter the Rebuilder. The question is how long will he stay in Salem and is he a hostage?

Chanel’s Unexpected Pregnancy and Gabi’s Guilty Conscience on Days of Our Lives

Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) gets disturbing test results from a very stressful Sarah, and Chanel doesn’t need any more stress right now. She decides not to tell Johnny that everything else is on her mind right now. He is saddened by the loss of EJ and other family members. So, it looks like Sarah might tell Chanel that she is pregnant which is totally unexpected.

It’s a big risk, it might be ill-advised, and we’ll have to wait and see if Sarah tells Chanel that this pregnancy isn’t a good idea. She had that molar pregnancy before, and every time she goes to see Sarah for more tests, she says, “No, you can’t be pregnant yet.” This is a big surprise. So, apparently unexpected, random, and probably medically undesirable.

Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) tries to get the case down when she spends time with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). So, what I am wondering is whether he is really involved in the kidnapping. You know, you might be conspiring with someone. I hope not. But Gabi tried to blow up Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) heart with an app.

So, don’t count him out. He had problems with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), and EJ, and Theo, you know. So, these are the people on the list that he doesn’t like. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) gives advice to Arianna Horton (Marissa Reyes), and it may be her problems with Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo.

DiMera Christmas Rescue and Horton Family Holiday Drama on Dates

Week of December 22 to 26. By the way, there are no preemptions during Christmas week. It is the only soap with five new episodes this holiday week. So, woohoo! That’s right. The crypt gang of Peter, Theo, Kristen, Chad, and EJ are all saved at Christmas time.

Everyone has been reunited with their loved ones. Chad is at the Horton house having a family Christmas with his kids. Lani Price (Sal Stowers), Eli, and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) are all there celebrating a typical Horton family Christmas. It’s time for the beautiful decorations to come out with names for everyone.

Xander Is Not Welcome For The Holidays

I think Xander’s invitation has been revoked. So, will Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) get face time with her dad this holiday? Will Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) invite Gwen to join them at Horton House? Even if he did, I don’t think he would agree. Theo, Peter, and Kristen will all be hospitalized when they come out of the crypt Days of Our Lives.

Now, that might be because of the bones. It could just be, you know, that they didn’t have heat, and it’s Wisconsin and it’s winter. I wonder if you will visit Rachel The Bayview or if his daughter might get some kind of a day pass to come to him University Hospital to see his mother, Kristen.

Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) takes the bones from the crypt to the FBI lab for analysis. And it’s a shocking discovery. It might be Rafe who gets the crypt crew, by the way, because remember he said he wanted to go open the crypt and get into it. So, we’ll see.

Holiday Heartbreak and Programs at Bayview Sanitarium on Days of Our Lives

Rachel won’t like spending the holidays The Bayview away from family. So, I wonder if Sophia will distract her by doing something bad because Rachel is depressed. Apparently, Brady and Tate are going up to see Rachel, and they should be able to deliver the good news that her mom Kristen has been found.

Now, this is going to be tricky because I’m trying to remember, remind me in the comments, but I don’t think Tate knows that Rachel shot EJ. But with Kristen’s discovery, I have a feeling word will spread and Tate might be a little upset that Brady didn’t share this with him. I mean, Tate is a grown man and all that.

Johnny Surprised by Chanel’s Baby Bombshell

Also, Chanel tells Johnny that she is pregnant once the kidnapping crisis is over and she no longer cares about EJ and the other members of the DiMera family. Johnny was surprised. I look shocked if I’m honest.

Therefore, she may be concerned about Chanel carrying the child and passing on her messed up DiMera DNA. I don’t think Johnny doesn’t want to have a child with Chanel; you just see that his DNA is inherently bad because of EJ.

Leo and Javi are busy planning their winter wedding, and Owen Kent will be showing up in Salem soon. She’s a real creep who goes after Stephanie, but she has someone who inspires her online. That would be Jeremy.
