Additional facilities will include a choral court, dedicated festivals and events, and an exhibition space, a purpose-built theater space.

In a similar move, Wynn and Marjan resorts are advancing a second joint venture on Al Marjan Island, Janu Al Marjan Island, which was announced in November 2025 and is now under construction. The project will bring the Aman group’s janu product to Ras Al Khaimah, which is scheduled to open in late 2028.
