West Palm Beach is transforming from a tourist destination into a Big Business Boomtown

Chief Communications Officer of Jordan Rathlev and Health-Tech Firm Grom Grom Grom Gron Visium John Rajchert talking to fox news digital news about the arrival of businesses and workers moving to the western palm and how they are leading the charge.
West Palm Beach is no longer just a sun-soaked destination for retirees and winter vacationers — it’s fast becoming one of the most sought-after business destinations.
As tech firms, financial giants and fast-growing startups move in, top executives say the city’s lifestyle, tax climate and talent Infungx is rewriting Florida’s economic identity. And for leaders who are already investing there, one message from other companies is clear: “Come and see for yourself. You’ll find it’s a lot easier than you think.”
“I believe this area will win because it provides a strong growth environment, obviously a good tax structure, and what is important is the tax structure, and what is important for growth,” Vivium CEO John Rajchert told Fox News Digital. “This is a multi-year plan.”
“I think whether you’re starting a job or starting a business, confidence is always in the mind. And there’s no better place to do that,” There’s no better place to do that, “There’s no better place to do that,” There’s no better place than Palm Palm.
Inside Florida’s next chapter: CEOs predict massive expansion as wealth flows into the state

Names like Citadel, Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Vanderbilt University and Tech-Health Firm Visium have all expanded their presence in West Palm Beach, and businesses have done it for people like Rathlev, who helped these companies find their real estate.
“Florida said, Hey, we’re open for business,” Rathlev said. “We’ve seen a large number of financial services companies that have been based in the northeast and other parts of the country have a smaller base, and it seems that people are finding that it’s a great place to do business.”
The reasons for the company’s relocation to West Palm Beach are not different from all areas in south Florida: Talent flow, low taxes, high quality of life and pro business climate.
“We have a lot of workers here who are happy to be here because of the lifestyle and the community that West Palm Beach offers,” Rajchert – who moved the visium from Orlando – noted. “The willingness to move is very, very good. So what we’re getting is that we have a National Talent Pool that’s ready to move here.”

“What’s happened, and what I’ve seen as I’ve been walking here every few years, is this big change from where you’re going,” Rajchert said.
“I think there’s no question when a company transfers here … The first thing they think about is, we’re attracting and retaining talent in whatever we’re trying to do,” Rathlev added. “We’ve seen the age drop from 45 to under 39 in West Palm Beach within five or six years.”
Rajchert eventually chose Rathlev and a related team to help him choose his new office and lab space, where the two continued to collaborate.

“This move was not easy. We connected with the Designer, through general contractors. We were able to stay in control of the budget and the schedule,” said Visium’s CEO. “It used more smoothness than any other move I’ve made in my career.”
“Look at the facts, listen to this story, and then come and see for yourself.”
“As it relates to Visium, not only do we host them, but we consider them partners … We use their technology in our buildings,” Rathlev said. “We really create great communities in any city we find ourselves in.”
All fast-growing cities are experiencing growing pains. For City developers like RathLev, potential challenges to West Palm Beach’s momentum include traffic, unaffordable funding and ongoing planning and expansion.
“There is no doubt that as the city grows, it will face challenges, I think, especially on the infrastructure side of other cities that may have grown too much with the available infrastructure,” said the engineer.

Rathlev continued to enter the discussion, because he needs people of all leading bands, all descriptions of work able to pay for the place to go through the market and to think where it is growing where this region is growing. “
Business leaders have given a call to action to other entrepreneurs who want to make West Palm Beach their home, a week economic development agencies in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties are traveling to New York City to move south to move most businesses to move south.
“From a climate standpoint, from a culture standpoint, just nature, it works for me. So it’s an easy ride,” Rajchert said. “And yes, you will see more of me as it has been for years.”
