Bella Hadid’s home and church were shared and are now up for grabs.
Known as PenTho D, the 5,004-square-foot home in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City is on the market for $35 million, in partnership with the listing agent, Jared Schwamron of Compass.
According to the New York Post, the church, born Abel Tesfaye, moved to Penhouse in 2018 and lived there with his supermodel at the time, he stayed, later transferring his contract during the pandemic, after he and hadid had broken up.
Composed of more than 5000-sqae feet of living space are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a large open plan, combining kitchen and living room.

The private upper floor opens up to a 1,000 square foot outdoor terrace, with large lounge areas and an outdoor kitchen.
SONGND and Hadid have been on and off for years, the first glimmer of dating rumors in April 2015 when they were spotted together at the Coachella Music festival. They were also photographed holding hands later that year in September.

The two put all rumors of a split between them to rest in February 2016 when they performed their red carpet at the Grammy Awards, the week he took home his first two Grammys that night.
The Victoria’s Secret model later opened up about their relationship during an interview with Glamor in August 2016.

He explained: “I’m in love with Abela. I don’t see him as a week,” he explained. “I’m proud of SoundND and the music they make, but I really love Abela.”
The two broke up for the first time in 2016, after which Selena Gomez started dating. The two got back together in 2018, but broke up for the last time in August 2019.

“It was my first diversity – or second, near the horse – and in society. As an outsider. “It will be difficult for a while. Love hurts, but you have to let it go.”
He added: “But I will always respect him, and I will always love him,” he added. “Sometimes you want to be sad about it or handle it differently, but at the end of the day, you never want to burn a bridge that you fought so hard for.”
