Dubizzle honors UAE’s top real estate agencies with first-ever digital awards
The real estate companies Haus & Haus Real Estate, Fäm Real Estate are among the winners in many categories in digizzlle real estate only Dubizzle Real Estate Awards 2025.
Recognizing excellence and innovation in the UAE’s architecture sector, the People’s Choice Award and Jury Awards, 35 winners were recognized across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Norg Emirates.
The people’s choice awards were based entirely on public voting through national standing committees. Winners were selected in eight categories, highlighting excellence in all aspects of the property market – from Off-Plan Innovation and commercial success to marketing intelligence and social media engagement.
The winners of the Jury Awards were selected by a panel of Dubizzle’s senior leadership. These include Sahar Khan, the Vice President of Marketing; Matthew Gregory, director of senior planning; And Anthony Blackford, Phrice President of Sales.
Recognizing exceptional performance, responsiveness, and innovation at the UAE’s premier architectural conference, the jury honored four agencies that demonstrated excellence in lead generation, customer engagement and customer differentiation.
UAE agencies win big at Dubizzle
Haus & Haus Real Estate Won three of Dubai’s 12 awards, including holiday experts and social media star of public polls and the most responsive agency Youch Youch. The properties run are selected by the top human makers by the community, as well as commercial efficiency (via CBB for run properties) and top lead generator by jury. Fäm Properties was recognized as a powentar howerhouse of the community and a ruby Club Winner by the Jury.
Among the other successful individuals of the winners were the metropolitan premium property (excellent list); Allsopp and Allsopp Real Estate (Marketing Innovator) and Xten Real Estate (Vingion-Plan Vion), while the jury named Equity Real Estate as the outstanding new agency of the year.

Leading Jury winners in Abu Dhabi include ELIVA Real Estates (outstanding new agency of the year); PSI IREAS Real Estate (responding agency); OIA buildings (top generators) and open house areas (ruby club).
With the awards, Dubizzle aims to strengthen its position as a pioneer in digital innovation within the real estate space. It is the UAE’s largest specialized site, which plays a vital role in connecting buyers and sellers in various categories such as real estate, cars, jobs and various goods.
