The president of Barca Fuels is angry with comments about Real Madrid

The President of Barcelona Joan Laporta has fueled the controversy with Real Madrid, by making comments that represent power’. The relationship between the two clubs was better than ever three years ago, but the two parted ways last year.

During the actual meeting of MADRID last month, President Florentino Perez aimed in Barcelona to pay the ongoing cows of Barcelona that were near Barcelona’s Facment around the fraud committee of Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira. Meanwhile, Laporta notes that Real Madrid are ‘obsessed with Barcelona’.

During an event with La Vanguardia on Thursday, Laporta was asked about sitting in the director’s box at the Santiago Bernabeu. Often, Perez is seen sitting with the selection of government officials, including the President of the Madrid Community Isabel Diaz Ayuso, and Atletico Madrid Fan and Mayor Jose Luis Martinez Almeida.

“Real Madrid represents power and barca, freedom. I don’t know that business deals are made in the box of venabeu’s will and freedom.

‘Barcelona has different rules’ – laporta

Another big topic from Madrid’s General Assembly was Perez’s plans to change the ownership model, selling a percentage of the club to foreign investors. Laporta said that this was not good at the table for the Blaugrana.

“At Barca, we don’t even think about any of this. I have been hearing for four years that we have been a public limited company. We guarantee that Barca will always be owned by its members.”

Laporta’s supporters have argued that with mounting debt, Barcelona could become their own financial slaves. During the 3-1 win at Atlético Madrid, Laporta spent his day with the investors who put money in the Camp Nou Renovation Project. The President of Barcelona confirmed that the same rules do not apply in Barcelona as in any other business.

“Holdman Sachs investors who are protected in that platform like the fact that we are not a public limited company. We have also done a lot of damage because it is part of our strength.”

“Barca is not a business, it is an institution. We have different rules. We are a modern institution, we are committed to Bayern Munich and others.”

Laporta no longer loves the superleague

The main point of agreement in recent years between Real Madrid and Barcelona was the superleague project, and the Catalan side is proud of it tied as the reason for the change of Perez. Laporta confirmed the Catalan side is no longer pursuing this idea.

“We want peace and stability in football. I found the Super League and continued with it because I thought there was a big difference with the clubs owned by the government.”

A major part of the project was the launch of so-called ‘free football’, with a single streaming service offering free broadcasts of Global Broadcast games, instead of auctioning television rights. Laporta revealed that Real Madrid is behind the said stage, combine.

“We reached an initial agreement with a merger platform, but then I found out that Real Madrid was behind it. We must always give peace a chance. Argument certainly does not benefit anyone.”
