Lily Allen and David Harbor listed their Carroll Gardens home for less than $8 million months after their divorce announcement.
Their Brooklyn, New York property, listed by Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass, has been put on the market for $7.99 million. The Harbor and Allen’s Oven Home, restored by AD100 designer Cottow Contton and Ben Bischoff, is a custom-built, four-story and four-bathroom home, according to the listing.
It is described as a property with “Caltional Englication Charm, a modern Brooklyn feel and a rich Italian influence.”

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a green carpet leading to a white staircase. There is a living room and a chef’s kitchen on the first floor of the property. The home has a large breakfast nook by the window.

The second level is a complete basic unit, with a living area and two equally sized bedrooms. The third floor offers two guest rooms and a home office.

The garden level offers another guest room and access to the yard. Basement houses a gym, lots of storage and a laundry room, on the list.
According to the Realtor, the couple purchased the home in 2021 for $3.35 million. In 2023, the star of “Stranger Things” Allen opened their home in the real estate industry, describing their place as “crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy world.”

“Lily is someone who lives in color in a deeper way than most. Her taste is bold, busilly, fun, eccentric. It’s fun,” he told the magazine.
The couple’s browbeaten came not long after Allen released her Bombshell album, “West End Girl,” which shared intimate details about the couple’s divorce. Allen mentioned in the port is said to be unfaithful in this title track, while also talking to their home.
In the song, Allen said buying the home was a port decision.
“Now I’m looking at houses with four or five stories / and you found a brownstone, you said ‘do you want it? It’s yours.'”

In the song “West End Girl,” Allen sang that he couldn’t afford a home and mentioned that he worked with Billy Countle Space Architect.

“So we went ahead and bought it / we got ourselves a cotton mortgage / billy was arranged / all the furniture in orew / I can’t afford this / you made me feel bad /” Allen sang.
In February, sources confirmed to Pendi magazine that Beijing and Allen were broke. In 2020, the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas with their wedding officiated by Elvis Presley.
