Allegations made the rounds after the manager of a Campbell’s soup shop allegedly made comments about customers and employees of the company.
The officer was secretly recorded during the meeting, according to a lawsuit filed in Michigan’s Wayne County District Court.
The suit, filed by Robert Garza, who previously analyzed cybersecutuntay southe, accuses Martin Bally, the Company’s Robber and Prother Changer Security Officer, of making offensive answers during the Meeting in November 2024.
Garza recorded the conversation, which he said took place at the company’s headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, Detroit 4 News Detroit reported.

In the recording, a voice believed to be Calally can be heard criticizing Campbell’s products and taunting its customers.
“We have ST for Fort People People. Who buys our products?

He also made disparaging comments about his Indian co-workers and – according to the recording – said he sometimes came to work under the influence of marijuana.
“If-King India knew something about Af-King,” the recorded voice said. “They wouldn’t think about their king’s king.”
Garza, who started working for the Southwestern Giants in September 2024, told Local 4 News that he initially kept it private but changed his mind and decided to report the comments to his manager.
The complaint says Garza was terminated about 20 days later, and is surprised the company maintained a hostile work environment.
Garza’s attorney says his client was “really attached to other people” and says the termination will be reinstated.
A spokesperson for Campbell Southwestern told the New York Post that Bally has been put on hold while they conduct an internal investigation.

“Once the comments are made, they are not acceptable. They do not reflect our values and our company’s culture,” said a company spokesperson. “We’re proud of the food we make, the people who make it, and the quality ingredients we use. The comments we hear on record about our food aren’t just bad – they’re ridiculous.”
The company claims it was unaware of the recording before the lawsuit was filed.
FOX News Digital reached out to Campbell’s soup company for additional comment but did not hear back.

Currently, there is no court response from the Campbell soup.
Garza is seeking damages for wrongful termination and retaliation.
