The Aldar and Adio program is organized by the Galleria Exhibition in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), along with Aldar’s Darna Rewards and Galleria Al Maryah Island, announced the launch of a luxury two-week rewards program offering 80 shoppers.

The program, called Unlock Luxury Reward, will end from Dec. 1 to 14 at the Galleria, one of Capital Luxury’s largest retail locations. It is part of Adio Retail Development’s Marketing strategy, which aims to enable a premium immersive shopping experience in Abu Dhabi.

The launch comes at one of the busiest times in the Emirate’s Cultural and Events calendar, including EID Al Etihad, Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Abu Dhabi Collectors Week.

Darna Awakening members who spend a minimum of AED5,000 at eligible luxury stores in a two-week period will receive 15 percent back, earning AED30,000 in rewards. The cap is equal to AED200,000 on qualifying spend.

Rewards can be redeemed in three ways: 15 percent back with an Aldar gift card, 7.5 percent back directly to a linked payment card, or the full amount in Darna points for dining, hospitality, shopping and entertainment. Rewards will be processed through the Darna app within 15 days of each transaction, no refunds or refunds.

To participate, consumers must register on the Darna Reward App using a UAE mobile number and link a debit or credit card. Purchases must be made at participating merchant stores using a linked card.

Noora al Foulathi, head of Abu Dhabi Retail, said Abu Dhabi’s position as a luxury destination had been right in recent years.

“With the rewards of a luxury renovation at Galleria Al Maryah Island, we are offering residents and visitors something special, which elevates every purchase and shopping experience in our home that surrounds this city,” he said.

Mark Ruffley, CEO of Al Maryah Retail Company, said the release of DARNA rewards at the Galleria has laid the foundation for the new campaign.

“This luxury rewards program builds on this momentum, combining our collection of light-class luxury brands with a unique reward experience in Abu Dhabi.

Saoud Khoory, Aldar’s chief investment officer, said Darna is shaping how customers focus on premium sales in the Emirate, and Aldar’s commitment to deep shaping delivers deeply engaging, powerful brand moments”.

The Galleria hosts more than 400 shops and 70 restaurants, including luxury brands such as Chanel, Dior and Hermès. It also includes entertainment venues and family attractions.

ADIO supports Abu Dhabi’s Tourism and Tourism Industry and Trade Programs and Development Programs that aim to attract tourists and strengthen the Emirate’s position as a consumer and cultural hub.

Terms and conditions published by Aldar State purchased only from relevant stores will be eligible. Online payments, gift card purchases and certain excluded categories do not count towards rewards. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
